I took my husband here for his birthday what was supposed to be a good time a celebration is far from it , the waiter Tyler I don’t know if it’s his first week or what , but I’ve been here several times so I know I’m supposed to tell the waiter of my mushroom allergen in the beginning , I told Tyler that I have a mushroom allergen and for the soup not to have mushrooms in it so the chef comes out does his thing and I told him please keep my stuff separate I have a mushroom allergen he said Tyler never told him and that it was too late my food had to be cooked in the back the chef confronts Tyler about my allergen he said I thought she just didn’t want it in the soup I said no I told you in the beginning I was allergic so I asked him for a beer that he never bought until the chef said hey she never got her beer he said oh which one was it again I said yuengling he comes back 5 min later and says we don’t have that so I had to get a different beer my food was given to me after everyone was already eating I feel like Tyler didn’t care I normally tip $30 plus but he got $10 because I felt he didn’t care about my safety as a consumer , I don’t think I’m ever coming back after tonight’s experience , he needs to learn the definition of allergen because if he doesn't take it seriously and someone gets sick this place gonna lose a lot of money . I gave this review two stars because the chef was sincerely apologetic

We go here for any excuse. Food is always excellent and there is so much of it. The chefs are so fun and the kids love it.I also like to just sit at the sushi bar as well, the caterpillar roll is especially amazing.Kid-friendliness: The chefs are so nice with the kids and the staff is great with them as well.
Our Chef was awesome. I believe his nametag said Tony. He had everyone at the table cracking up the entire time. It almost felt like we were at a comedy show. The food and other service was also really great. 10/10 will be returning .

We were at the time new to the area and wanted to try different restaurants. We decided on this place due to the reviews, however I was not impressed. My chicken was burned and tasted awful. I did not taste much flavor in my hibachi meal. My husband was not a fan of the food either.

The chef was amazing but the server was rude. His name was Tyler. He needs better customer service and better attitude. It was out 1st there and out last. The manager did apologize but that’s it. And it wasn’t busy at all for a Sunday night. They ruined our friend birthday dinner!

We came on a Monday around 4:30pm. We got seated right away for hibachi. Despite the place being pretty empty we still waited a long while for the chef to come out to start cooking even with the whole table full of people, so it wasn't like they were waiting for the whole table to fill. The food was really good ( steak and chicken hibachi ). Overall we had a good experience it was just very slow service so I can't even imagine how slow it could be on the weekends when it actually is busy
