One of many great Burlington restaurants. They have a series of unique pizzas cooked in a large fire oven. The sausage pizza was a little disappointing - the sausage was made locally and the spice was too timid and this didn’t really help the overall taste of the pizza. Our other pizza was very good. We got a brownie with a scoop of ice cream which was average. Kinda felt like I could have easily made a box of brownies and added a scoop of ice cream and it would have been just as good.Loved the interior.

Absolutely beautiful atmosphere and delicious flatbread pizza with drinks.Waitstaff is professional and great ?Our party of 4 people were seated within 30 minutes.I had the Blueberry Collins drink with some slices of the Punctual Equilibrium and Regular Flatbread pizza with cheese, tomatoe, and onions.The olives they use are the kind that are very small and flavorful. A bit like capers.Bathrooms are clean.

Great service and food!! I’ve been twice and had takeout once, and they’ve never disappointed. Some of the best pizza you can get in Burlington, and they’ve got great options as well aside from pizza (Soups, Desserts, etc). Will be visiting more!

Delicious flatbreads and very friendly service. It's neat watching them actually cook them in the wood burning oven. Try to get a booth if you're a table of 4, it's a tad cramped in the middle of the dining room, especially with the flatbread stand. Otherwise all good!
