Amazing views and fantastic food. The clam chowder was full of clams and had a wonderful flavor, the lobster roll was amazing and super fresh tasting with a fair amount of lobster for the $30 price tag, and the maple ham wrap was super delicious. Additionally, they have a great little shop with some local products which makes it easy to grab souvenirs for friends and family!

Excellent food, especially the Maple chicken salad. But I have to say (explaining the 4 stars) I was shocked by the price. 52$ out of nowhere for a sandwich and the salad AND lobster roll. Which made sense after I understood what was MKT seasonal price. As a French person who was here to visit I had no idea what was it and I hoped a little explanation. So lobster roll in March are 35$… it was good but I would have liked to know the price before

The maple bacon sandwich is truly amazing for a tourist looking for some maple flavour. The scenery was Epic with the view of the lake. We visited on our way to the airport after some skiing at Smuggs, and this was a perfect last stop after flying back to SC.

I've been hanging out at this place over the winter, so this quick review will be a different experience than summertime with the view of the lake, etc. which seems to be the highlight of this place. This is a mix between a small market that sells wine, beers, kombucha, maple syrup, chips and the likes... alongside a snack bar restaurant that sells burgers, sandwiches, fries, soups with a few beers on tap.I've tried a few of these mentioned items over my visits and I enjoyed all of their wares. It's not a 5 stars restaurant but the food is good and fair in prices. The place is clean, safe, got two clean bathrooms, staff is friendly and there's always room to sit. They also let you hang out for a bit longer than you should, as long as you buy something which is super kind of them.I'd recommend this place and will continue going on a weekly basis as long as I'm in Burlington.

Local guy here: Don't, just don't. Go anywhere else in town but here. Don't be fooled visitors! The food is bland, unloved and simply terrible. Very overpriced. 10$ for a greasy chicken sandwich the size of your palm with one leaf of lettuce on a stale roll. Worst staff attitude in town. The girl actually had the nerve to hand me the credit card receipt and say- "Fill this out." Seriously? How rude. There was nothing to sign or fill out, she was actually looking for a tip. It's really that bad.

Very nice and friendly staff. Ordered online which makes it very easy for takeout/pickup. Quick service, with optional notifications to let you know when your order is ready!Burger was good, condiments are on the side and not put in if you like ketchup in your burger. Fries were a bit too salty, but well cooked. Will be coming back to try more from the menu and try the ice creams in the summer!

Great selection of all American food at what looks like a little Cafe from the outside. On the inside is an open concept eatery with a view of the lakefront.

Mediocre hamburger. Expected homemade for the price. It tasted and looked like a frozen pattie. They charged extra for lettuce and tomato. Fries were very good. View gorgeous! I guess you go there for the view, not the food.

My wife and I ended up here by good fortune one warm October afternoon. The food and sandwich selection was almost overwhelming but those we chose were excellent, tasty and good value for money. Sitting in the sun looking across the lake at the mountains as we tucked into our food was so relaxing. Of course we had to top it off with a big, sweet, delicious creemy too! Just sooo good, and with a well stocked food store too!

Just off the plane-waiting for friend to get out of work-welcomed by friendly staff, great view of the lake and delighted with cup of tasty clam chowder. Lived here 30 yrs ago. Glad me and my rental car found this great stop! Thankyou!
