Bad.took at least 1 HOUR for the food to get to our table.Maybe if they didn’t like us. But pizza is good. Not a quickly moving restaurant.

I was in Burlington with my three grandsons to watch the fourth grandson who is a member of the UVM hockey team. We went after the game and were seated ot a nice big table for the 5 of us and ordered a bunch of drinks and various pizza and snacks They even had some Mexican beers on tap which I have never seen before, but then I don't get out much. The pizzas were great as were the snacks and the waiter was most accommodating and friendly. All good, food and service and atmosphere and would return again for sure. Jim at Maplelag in Minnesota

I'm kind of disappointed this was where I ended up eating because there were a lot of choices. They are "dog friendly" outside. But not really. You get the stink eye if your dog even moves much less makes a noise. I probably should have gotten up and left but was willing to give it a shot in case it was just the one person. It wasn't. If you don't want dogs... just say it and I'll move on. The food was ok but I didn't get much because I was honestly just eager to get out of there. I wouldn't go there again but maybe it would be ok if you didn't have a dog? It's hard to say.

Rarely write reviews, so understand how disrespectful the manager was too us. Hostess told 3 of us to sit in a booth, as we tried to sit down a manager rudely told us to get up and then when he realized we were directed to the booth by hostess, he expressed his anger and dissatisfaction. I am a 60 year old paying customer with my wife and college son, and i would never go near this place again. Arrogant guy. Manager never came back to apologize, so take your business to a place that appreciates and deserves your business. Pizza was alright, but frankly we wished we had just left the place when the manager made us feel unwelcome. Go anywhere but this place.

I was with a party of 5 and the earlier ran canceled our plans so we strolled down Church Street. We wanted outdoor seating so we grabbed a table at Ken's Pizza. It was completely fine. Service was fine. Food was fine. Price was fine. If you are out doing the same stroll keep going south!

Nice server and good sandwich! I liked their tucked away venue and we didn’t have to wait for a table.

Friendly bartender, great wait staff, great beer and higher end bar food for a great price. Had the salads which were pretty decent.

Looking for a place to eat via Trip Advisor doesn’t turn up many recs in Church Street. That’s why I wanted to be sure I wrote a review. Kens Pizza is a cozy bar atmosphere. Pizza was really good. We also ordered the Caprese Sandwich which was equally as good. Great place to warm up and grab a bite.

Sit outside and enjoy a NY Style pizza with a beer as you people watch on Church St. Pizza is good quality and you can't beat the atmosphere.

Went with the family while visiting from Chicago. Claimed NY style pizza authentic. More like grocery store frozen. Poutine had what was obviously canned gravy and couldn’t have been curds. Not far from Canada and thought probably better than Chicago. Big fail here. The owner, Ken was one of the rudest people I have met. Not expected in Burlington VT. This guy should not be the face of any business that wants to remain successful. Stay clear if this place. I try and find positives in anyplace I review and pride on objectivity, but nothing positive at Ken’s

We initially intended to go somewhere else, but the wait was too long. We stopped in and were able to get an outdoor table at Ken's right away. My husband had the lasagna and I had the chicken parm sub. Both were satisfying, although not particularly wonderful. But we were hungry and they hit the spot. Love the wine option - you can get a small pour or a big pour. Why doesn't everyone do this? I never want 2 glasses of wine, but I often want a bit more than one glass. This is a good spot for a quick bite. Service is good.

Food cold upon arrival. Incorrect order. Below average food. Burnt garlic toast. Took forever to fix the incorrect order .

The waiter was completely overwhelmed. I am pretty sure if he slowed down he would have been more efficient. But due to lack of staff he was freaking out. I had ordered the chicken parmigiana dinner and a beer. Took a long time to bring me a bottle of Bud, no glass. For my entree I got a chicken parmigiana grinder and a bag of chips. Strange that they didn’t even take the chips out of the bag and put them on the plate. Rather than risk another long wait I accepted what I was given. Service- slow Food - mediocre Value - okay Would I go back - nope

Ken's is great casual Italian place. Definitely a little greasier food than some of the other local places, but delicious if you're looking for some comfort food. Goes perfect with a cold beer after a nice hike in the Green Mountains. Great ambiance as well sitting on Church Street.
