Never open. Only open 4 hours a day everyday of the week. Everytime we go there to eat and have my son finally try it they are CLOSED!

Both chipotles are open only 4 hours a day -Totally ridiculous and a colossal loss of potential revenue. Not seeing this from other fast food chains in the area. Would love to see Qdoba step up to the plate and open a restaurant (outside of Burlington)

If you want to know whether the restaurant is open, toss a coin! It's like playing dinner roulette; they'll serve me, they'll serve me not.

Leaving a review becuase we got lunch at this restaurant today and they gave my son a milk that expired in May 2023 !!! I emptied it out and it was curdled, as it was expired by 9 months … I am furious !

The hours of operation for the two chipotles in Burlington is laughable at best. The Google hours and the app hours *never* align, and the hours change every single day. On a Monday they say they’re closed, but open on Tuesday, and then you check back on Tuesday and they’re actually closed that day… but they were open on Monday(??) I’m genuinely convinced they don’t want business at all at this point. Don’t bother ever thinking of going if you’re not already there, as there’s zero guarantee they’ll actually be open.

Their hours are the actual WORST. Like no dinner availability on the weekends.
I wanted dinner and it said “open until 10pm” and I thought myself, “hmmm, that doesn’t seem right”, so I called them, and asked “what are your hours?” And they said “We’re open until 10pm!” So I showed up to order my dinner at 7pm, and guess what? They were closed! Incredibly disappointed. Also quite famished.

The employees were fantastic, friendly and efficient. The food was excellent. Unfortunately there weren’t enough employees, so there was a long line, the dining room was messy, and online ordering was off. The ones that were there were doing their absolute best! Corporate and/or management need to figure out what they’re doing wrong as far as attracting people/ keeping people/ staffing a skeleton crew to cut costs/ not investing in their employees.

Don’t bother. Sucks theres no functioning Chipotle’s in the area but they’re too short staffed, messy and unorganized. No mobile ordering is ever available, order portions are extremely small relative to other locations, and most of the time your order will be wrong. Just pay your employees more Chipotle and staff your restaurants appropriately.
When not busy everything was great.
