If you want quality food in a fun warm atmosphere Drifters is the place. Top five locally owned restaurants in Burlington. Not to be missed. And the in-house baked desserts are tops. S'mores cake- graham cracker layers, toasted marshmallow and chocolate ganache. So yummy
If I could afford to eat out everyday, my first choice would always be Drifters. The menu is small, and the food is incredible and never gets old. They have fantastic options for vegans and non-vegans alike- the seitan tacos and root vegetable fries are my favorite. They can make pretty much anything vegan and always have amazing, creative specials. On top of all that, Maddy, the hostess is one of the best people you will ever meet. Incredible food and really friendly staff! Highly recommend the gnocchi, it was one of the best dishes I’ve ever had. My boyfriend and I came here from Boston and definitely plan on coming back when we’re in the area.
