Very poor customer service addressing a month old declined credit card that I had no idea even happened and which I immediately paid for, no questions asked. Feldmans lost a loyal customer today.

I really wanted to love Feldmans. My wife and I are in town for a few days decided to try some bagels from here. Only one young man was working, but service was quick. Bagels looked great and had plenty of cream cheese. However the bagel had absolutely NO flavor. Even bread has flavor, but this had no flavor. I suspect that salt may have been left out of a batch, I don't know. All I know is for the first time, I didn't finish a fresh bagel. Found another bagel place to get our fix.

The service was excellent and the assortment of bagels were great. My only comment is that while the bagels are of a good size, the bagel hole is so large that it's really tough to schmear and make a sandwich at least the way I like it. But that, notwithstanding, they were excellent bagels

Stumbled upon this place by mistake but what a fortuitous mistake!! My celiac wife had an fabulous Cobb salad with what she called an "amazing" coffee. I had a turkey, lettuce, provolone and mayo sandwich on a poppy seed bagel. So yummy!! Next trip up from Montreal we'll definitely stop by again. Service was pretty fast and very friendly. Praise for a Vermont bagel from a born and bred Montreal boy. Now that says something!

I've loved Feldman's for years, but have been extremely disappointed with the last few times I've visited. I ordered baker's dozens twice within 2 weeks, and both times had issues with the bagels. The centers were completely raw for most, but were especially bad for the cinnamon raisin which even grew mold. The bagels were badly mishaped (lumpy) and small. They were also out of whole wheat due to accidentally applying the everything seasoning to the entire supply before baking. The Pine Street location was dirty and the line/area behind the counter was a mess--covered in seeds, globs of cream cheese, lettuce shreds, tomato juice, and all the ingredient cases were wide open in a hot dining area. I'm not confident they're even cleaning knives between sandwiches. I'm not sure why, but they've really let themselves go. It's really a shame.

Bacons egg and cheese was the worst I’ve ever had. Cheese was completely raw and not melted, bacon was impossible to chew and it was a hard boiled egg cut up and thrown on a bagel that was not toasted after I ordered it toasted.

I totally get that Feldman’s and many other places are short-staffed, but every time I go it’s poor, unkind service and the bagel is always falling apart, the meat is very thick, and yesterday I had to throw the one I got away. It was very disappointing. My mom and I were rushed out of the store so that they could close ~40 minutes before closing time. I will not be going here again unfortunately :(

Ordered a bagel with smoked salmon and had 3 other customers that were behind me given their orders before mine. The bagel was nice and simple; Sesame, smoked salmon with cream cheese and onions. Good proportions of ingredients.

After purchasing a dozen bagels for the second time in about 3 weeks from the Shelburne Rd store the second dozen was also very stale, not just stale, but so stale my bagel cutter had tough time getting through them. I called the Pine Street store, because I couldn't get through to Shelburne road store. The answer when I told them my problem was "Oh yes, I think they received yesterday bagels. I will call them and see what we can do" OK fine. When I received the reply "Well you can come to the Pine Street store and we will replace them" to which I replied " I am disabled, which I am and the parking loot is difficult for me to manage as it is on a slope." At which point I just said I would just get my bagels from their competition. I really answer would have been we will have someone bring up a fresh dozen either today or tomorrow. I would have been delighted with that. They do come up to Shelburne everyday to deliver "fresh" bagels. Under the circumstances that should have been the easy reply. They would have had a happy customer instead of a former customer.

Many people have a very particular preference when it comes to bagels. I will tell you I have had bagels from over 5 unique places in the county and Fedman's is my favorite for the quality of bagel. Some people prefer small dense Montreal style but that's not a true bagel in my opinion. I think Feldman's bagels are the perfect level of hardiness and flavor. The toppings they have are great. My only feedback is that when you get Avocado on your bagel they just spread what tastes like store bought guacamole over it.

Conveniently across from the Cumberland gas station

They mess up every single time I have placed an order for pickup. They simply can't count. You order 48 bagels and only receive 44. You order 15 and only receive 12. Incredibly unprofessional and the manager accepts no responsibility.
