LOVE this place so much! I'm tragically lactose intolerant, and even more tragically I discovered this intolerance a few months before spending five weeks in Italy. Luckily, I discovered dark chocolate sorbetto a couple weeks in, and ever since then I have been desperately searching for what I believe is the absolute best food ever. Wonderful! My husband and I visited this gelato shop during a trip to Vermont earlier in the summer. The first day we went, they were out of everything except for the avocado flavor. We tried it anyways and were pleasantly surprised. It was smooth, creamy and rich, and though you could taste the avocado flavor, it wasn't weird at all. Awesome! Although a few flavors were sold out (only shows you how good they are) we selected a flavor we would not have normally chosen (pear ginger) and WOW we're we happy we did! It was amazing. We also tried chocolate, which was so rich, creamy and flavorful! So worth the drive here!!!
