A big shout out to this wonderful little breakfast / lunch place at the Castleton train depot. Was very pleasantly surprised to learn that it serves only veg / vegan sandwiches. A refreshing change of pace. The coffee options are delicious and the hot chocolate is especially perfect. It's cozy and pleasant; super clean and spacious rest room a plus for travelers! Highly recommend.
So happy to find this little gem of a coffee shop! The maple latte's and nitro brew are local and delicious! It's family owned, and the owner is also a local fire fighter. He's so friendly and really cares about supporting local businesses and saving the environment. Cold drinks come in a mason jar with a $1 deposit. No straws or plastic! It's located in a very old, restored train station. Make sure you grab an Ollie Bar on the way out, you can tell they are made with love.
