This deli was so good!! if you're in the area and want to grab something quickly this is the place to go. You can take food to go or you can sit down. They have ample seating, where you order upfront, and then sit on your own. The food was delicious and you can tell it was all fresh and from good sources. The service was super friendly and kind

Great food, good size menu, lovely staff, very slow kitchen; sometimes epically slow. Not the place if you are in a hurry.

I went here just passing through the area and would definitely recommend! I got a breakfast wrap, espresso drink, and cookies and all were delicious. The lunch and deli options looked great as well. We went on a holiday so it was very busy. Im unsure if they were understaffed or just not anticipating a big rush of business. The staffed handled it with poise and friendliness despite the stress. The dining ambiance was cute and casual. Very "help yourself" with a coffee station, compost, trash to do yourself.

Michelle and her team at Heritage Deli and Bakery are just incredible! We decided to go with a much smaller cake option that was just for us, it tasted amazing, and then an assortment of dessert options for the reception. Michelle worked with us to put together a selection of macarons, cider donuts, cookies (gluten free options too), brownies, and other pastries that were absolutely delicious! Our guests devoured everything and were raving about how good everything was. She even helped us with our wedding favors, making these wonderful maple flavored sugar cookies with our initials on them in the shape of a maple leaf! This is the place to go for all of your wedding desserts if you’re looking for a seamless process from an experienced group of chefs who will deliver you a delicious and memorable experience!

The person who answered the phone was rude and gave an attitude. The food was not good but I've heard good things about the owner..maybe the current staff isn't the best at the moment?!

After the place in Londonderry we were originally going to get breakfast at was unexpectedly closed for repairs, we ventured down the highway to Heritage (happened to be the closest place that served breakfast). What a treat! Filling breakfast, lots of choices. We didn’t get any baked goods but they looked divine. My husband’s Americano was made literally to order (down to how much water he wanted). Fruit smoothies were also bought to go as road trips are hard to get your ‘good’ foods in - they were perfect. Price is also super reasonable for the quality you’re getting. Happy accident we stumbled across this place but glad we did.

First 3 times I tried you were closed.Looking forward to having a chocolate cake bomb, and P'nut butter chocolate cake. As well as the Cup of sweet Italian sausage soup. The maple cinnamon roll was good ??

Great variety if food - sandwiches, breakfast, baked goods. Good casual atmosphere.

Prices have jumped 1.50 or more from the menu here and 3 or more from the menu on foursquare. Also about 1/2 the selection of the foursquare menu. We waited about 15 minutes for 2 sandwiches to go even though there were 6 people working there and 8 people eating or waiting. The sandwich was nice - real turkey, not cold cuts on thicker homemade bread which was slightly stale, nice pickle. All in all, I'll try somewhere else next time.

The food ended up being very good, and the prices weren't too bad, we were just surprised by the 20 minute wait for steak and cheese and a salad when it wasn't busy. I don't think the dine in food is the focus, so we couldn't really get too upset. Nice atmosphere inside, we got two of the bakery goods for the road and they were very good.
