This couple smoked a fine pig. We needed food for 16 men. They did a great job calculating all that we needed.The Mac n cheese was really good. Their home-made BBQ sauce was tasty - but not really needed on a well-prepared squealer. And, the cole slaw was very special. We finished it all, but no one could have (should have) eaten more!They arrived on time, brought everything they/we needed. Left quietly. And, left little mess behind. Tump & Cindy were a great addition to our weekend in VT with their mobile pig roaster. We had more than enough food, and everything from the pulled pork to the mac & cheese to baked beans, it was all awesome. These two are super friendly and have some great stories to tell... Highly recommend - thanks again!
