I was so glad to learn that the Taco Experiment survived COVID. Stopped by to get some take-out (they're unfortunately at the mercy of they're staff deciding whether to come to work or not...odd times). Out of brisket, but still had some delectable tacos. The food was tasty and priced right. Our server was very good. He was a unique blend of laid back and attentive that definitely added to the vibe of the restaurant. Grateful Dead tunes playing and posters on the wall completed the scene.The only problem I had was that the website google shows goes straight to their other restaurant at Killington. Stopped in for a spontaneous birthday dinner tonight and was not disappointed. Super welcoming atmosphere with insanely friendly/attentive staff and incredible food. We tried the brisket, pulled pork and chicken tacos along with the rice and beans and potato salad and everything was perfect. We were even lucky enough to sample some fresh brisket off the smoker. You HAVE to try the house made salsas and specifically the cherry reaper sauce. Always happy to support local business...read full review
