I have been a customer for 20 years but the last three experiences have been so frustrating, we won’t be going again. In person ordering is fine but to go orders are a nightmare. They zip the boxes shut so you can’t check your order before leaving. The first time we had food missing and had to go back to ask for the missing food. The second time, we got home, 30 min away and again half our food was missing! I called and they would not refund me for it but took my name and gave me a credit on paper. I asked how long it was good for and they said until I use it. Today we ordered to go again, but this time I asked her to check my order due to the last two mistakes , I could see 2 of three boxes were correct and she peaked in the last box and said yep thats right! Again, they are zip tied shut so couldn’t see completely. Drive all the way home and open the box- the 1 lb of chicken was not there! Just fries. I was speechless. Additionally, the credit they gave me last time ? Nope, she couldn’t find it in the 6 full pages of names of people who have credits to their name (yikes). So not only did we not get food this time or last but my previous credit has “disappeared”. Not good business practices!

Use to love this place but after this last meal, we will never go back! I ordered breast and wing meal. It was so dry that even the gravy couldn’t save it. My husband ordered the leg and thigh, when it came I thought it was a kids meal! The chicken was soooo leg small. I think they put more fries on the tray to make up for the small chicken portion. And fruit flies every where. THUMBS DOWN!

Love the food and it's almost always a good experience from beginning to end. But sometimes they wait is over an hour and for some reason they always say it'll be much quicker. If they were just honest when it got busy this would be 5 stars.

The high price add insult to the injury of the disappointing chicken served here. I ordered the fried Half chicken with fries on the side. The chicken was both dry and lacking in spices, and I ended up throwing out the last piece. I found that even the thighs lacked any juiciness and the breasts were actually difficult to eat without constantly sipping water. The fries were well seasoned, medium cut, soft fried fries and were the highlight of the meal. The service was fine, it wasn't ready when I got there, but I had ordered during peak dinner hours, and everything was at a good temperature even when I got home. While the staff were friendly, the location was convenient and the interior was clean and pleasant, I cannot recommend the fried chicken at anywhere near this price. I plan on returning to try the wings as those seem to be better reviewed, and the fries are unique enough to warrant a revisit.

We ordered our food a 5:38 never received our food until 6:38 no apologize no nothing just dropped the food on the table walked away. I went up and asked several times and was told that our food was working we would have it in a few minutes but it didn’t. Worse service we ever had there.
