Went for a birthday lunch. The kitchen put our Orders in 3 of us. 2 Orders came out and Sat on Counter for 10 minutes before the last meal was ready so 2/3 had a cold meal. The Servers need training but do their best .the place needs a good Manager for both front and back of house. Won't be

Although there were plenty of open spaces we had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated. One waitress serving all of the guests on the other side of the restaurant while the other waitress was leisurely wrapping silverware into napkins and proceeded to tell the hard working waitress that she will just burn herself out. There was also a male staff member, perhaps a shift leader, who just stood around barking orders at the waitresses and didn't lift a finger. When we were about to leave to find another restaurant he finally approached our table and took an order for drinks. We didn't receive menus until another waitress who we overheard about having a flat tire came to work. She was friendly and efficient. We did leave her a tip and hope it actually went to her and not the the male staff member who hung around at the register when we paid. We were halfway in on a 8 hour trip and it would have appreciated if the male staff member could have at least seated us and provided us menus while the other waitress was on the way. While the restaurant appeared clean and inviting and the food turned out great we are inclined to pick a different stop on future trips to Maine.Kid-friendliness: Had a restless toddler and it would have been nice if we had been taken care of quicker.

I am extremely disappointed in the way this place has run. today me and my faimly came for a lunch we got here at 2:30 and had to wait half an hour to sit when we did get sat the waitress took forever to get our drinks. and then we ordered the food it came out an hour latter 3:30 the resturant is not busy there we're sitting around. I would never come back here again. I am completely disappointed. we were not checked on at all Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. It dose not deserves a star

okay. first off wanna say that I was tryna go to olive garden but they had a 2 hr wait. host was nice, seated within a minute which was cool. received water shortly after with a piece of some green leaf on it. didn't drink it but the wife assumed it to be cilantro from dishwasher. next, noticed the hot sauce was not capped, gross. 23 ish minutes for our food to arrive (main course), we received the appetizer 5 minutes prior. Got double burger bourbon was delish honestly carrying this review. about 6 tables present at 6:30pm when i went, not too busy. atmosphere was chill people were nice nobody noticed the green leaf on my cup except for my wife and i. fries would have been better if they were crispy just sayin (not a food critic tho) so 2/5 dennys. last time we came nobody even served us it was later lol. just happy to go home fed. thanks dennys.

It's too bad there is no way to enter a zero. The service is abysmal. Waited thirty minutes, then presented a limited menu and waited another 15 minutes after being seated. I walked out without a meal. This took 45 minutes. Denny's in South Burlington, Vermont is the worst. I have eaten at Denny's in New York and Florida; this is the worst. They're draggin' ya down.

My husband and I went for breakfast, I ended up with a terrible stomach ache, had to stop to a gas station, on the way home. Not once 3 times. The eggs were cold, the toast was not cooked, the home fries overcooked. Not again! The waitress was really pleasant.

so we ordered online and had to wait 30 extra minutes to get our food. we then leave and noticed we didn't have one of our meals. we go back in, the lady says we need to contact someone ... contact who? we ordered from denny's website so the person we need to contact is YOU! anyways she walked away and then i had to ask if she can replace it and she then gave me a plain pancake that was no where near close to the price of the original meal and we got no refund. we were there for over an hour.

This place is falling apart (bathrooms to door handles) and it’s dirty - there is not enough staff to serve so they want you to wait 30 min to be seated?? No thank you…what a wasted trip. Ugh.

I think that many people need to understand that we live in a different time and there's less dine-in and more take-out... When I was their last; staffing was definitely a concern, but the ONE young lady that they had running the front by herself did a phenomenal job! She managed to sit tables, clean them, take orders, handle take-out orders, and managed to keep a smile and great attitude on the entire time. Anyone who's every worked retail or a restaurant job know and completely understand what she was feeling. Believe me; not enough of you have worked in retail or a restaurant before, let alone worked hard what so ever. On top of the dozens and I mean dozens of slips for take-out orders, the food came out amazing! Before everyone wants to just throw a bad review in for whatever silly reason you feel, just please take a step back and really look at what may be going on. You are not their only guest that comes and, despite what you may believe, you won't be their last. Oh, and trust me when I say this. Most reviews are more than likely for a dumb reason, because most of you feel entitled for little to no damn reason. If it's that much of an inconvenience to you to wait a couple of extra minutes then just don't go out to try and ruin other peoples day. You mean to tell me that so many of you have your life together enough to go online and put in a B.S. review that probably didn't even happen, but not to make your own damn food? ... Anyway, I'll step off my soapbox now. Denny's; thank you very much for the great experience and wonderful food. All of you naysayers; re-evaluate your lives, maybe being a middle-aged adult acting like a cry baby isn't the one for you.

To the CEO of Denny's.We waited 10 minutes to be seated. What the heck? The manager saw us and just ignored us.Very bad service. We waited for 45 minutes and was told our orders weren't on the grill yet. Instead those (2) tables after us got their food.There's no customer service whatsoever. Waitress was nice and courteous but the manager and the cook sucks.This kind of service and the manager here is set up to fail. Will never step into Denny's again.

The service is good. The food is delicious. The pancakes is the best. Add $2.99 for 2 pieces of pancakes is worth it. I am only complaint about the bad smells from their wet floors. They only have one chef, one server are working at lunch time. They need hire few more people .

I should've known better than to go into a restaurant with only 3 vehicles in their lot on a Saturday evening. The food was abysmal, and our server forgot our silverware and had to be prompted 3 times for the check. This Dennys, everyone should avoid.

I visited Denny’s for the very first time tonight and I’m glad I did. I had the premium chicken fingers and fries and they were BUSTING. Our server was Ky and she killed it. She provided excellent 5 star service and she deserves a raise. Managers if you are seeing this get this girl a bonus and a raise stat! Retain your loyal employees ? anyway thanks to Ky and Denny’s for a great midnight dinner ?

This place was clean and looked updated. We didn't have to wait to be seated and the server was prompt. The Dennys is a little small and the parking lot could be improved but overall a pleasant experience.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu that can be colored with crayons
