UNBELIEVABLY SLOW SERVICE. The beer is pretty decent but the bartenders move like they're perpetually stoned. I've never seen anything like it. We waited in line for over 20 minutes and there were only like 4 people ahead of us. Very frustrating experience. You're better off going to Switchback down the road.

My family and me had such a great experience at Magic Hat! For starters it was my first time ever touring a brewery and Savannah was awesome! She gave us such fun insight into their history. Jack at the bar did an awesome job as well and even scored us some nachos. If you're ever in the area or at a place with magic hat definitely give it a try.

Brought my husband here because Magic Hat is his favorite beer and we had a blast! We did the tour of the artifactory, which is $3 per peRson, and it includes a walk through, film about the process of how the beer is crafted, and three samples! Afterwards we made our way to the bar and tried a few more beers on tap. The staff is friendly and Informative. So much local artwork, and cool artifacts from the past years of business. Definitely worth the trip from western MA for us!!

We like #9. Unfortunately, we went there too early and their tours start from 2pm.

Magic Hat is a whimsical and fun brewery to check out. We visited just before Christmas and the amazing decor really got me into the holiday spirit. The space is really a feast for your eyes and imagination. Most of the brews on draft you can't find in stores which also makes visiting fun and interesting. Tours are $3, we didn't do one but I can imagine they're equally as interesting as the tasting room vibe. They sell cans and growler fills to go. Not far from Burlington center, so check it out!

Magic Hat No. 9 was one of the first craft beers I tried, so my boyfriend and I decided to check this place out while staying in Burlington. The brewery is a bit off the beaten path but we took an Uber from downtown and had a great time. We didn't make it onto the tour, but they offer samples if you opt to do that. I ordered the sour Magic Hat No. 9, which came with a little sidecar sample of the original. The sour version was wonderful! I like it a lot better than the original. It was just the right amount of sour and really well-balanced. The Artifactory is a really cool place, with lots to see and buy! They have tons of merchandise and we ended up getting a few stickers to take home. We didn't order any food but they do have a menu and everything smelled really good. I don't think I'd necessarily come back again next time we're in Burlington just due to the location, but it was fun to check out.

The tour felt rather rushed, but I suppose worth it for the low price. Samples were delicious!

The Strong Ale is amazing a full rich dark ale that isn’t sweet or too bitter. The Belgo is a great beer too smooth full bodied but not overpowering. We bought both to take back to Oklahoma.
Short and sweet tour includes three beer samples. Tasting room has flights and delicious snacks.

Short but sweet tour. Three nice sized samples. Great beer! Tried a Wine/Beer and a sour beer.

Super fun spot! Took the tour (only $3 per person, super cheap) and was able to find beers that even non-beer drinkers in our group loved. Nice outdoor seating and a very unique brand in terms of craft breweries. One of the bar tenders was kind of condescending to us, but the vibe and friendliness of everyone else definitely outweighed that. Worth a visit if you're in the area.

Felt totally ignored during my stop in. I was visiting family in Burlington (had traveled from the Albany area) for the weekend and decided to stop in and stock up on beer. We don't have a particular brand of Magic Hat Beer (Laughing Stock) readily available where I live. Got my beer and approached the bar area (desk near the beer cooler did not have anybody working). I proceeded to stand at the bar for 5 minutes simply to ask the bartender where I should pay for said beer. I was straight up ignored as they passed by me three or four times. Wasn't looking to interrupt anyone, just find out where I had to pay and wait in line. Bar was not busy (group of 5 and another couple) with two bartended working. Needless to say I will not be returning when in the area, poor customer service.

Wish had more food! Great beer. Friendly staff. Such a cool little place. Inside and outside seating for when weather accommodates. #9 an always good, but the sour version on tap now rocked
