The service was excellent. The food on the other hand was sub par.My husband ordered a New York style BBQ chicken pizza hoping for thin crust. If you hope for crispy thin crust, you will be disappointed, but if you like soft doughy pizza crust, you will enjoy it.I was really hoping for a Chicago style deep dish pizza, but the waitress said they were out of personal and small, so I would've had to order a 10 piece deep dish for myself--no thanks! This let me know that the dough isn't even made fresh in the restaurant. They must come Frozen or something because why else would they be "out" of smaller portions? I ended up ordering a buffalo chicken macaroni and cheese. It was good. I can't really complain about it. I really did like the noodles they used.

Disgusting. I ordered a steak pizza and it was basically raw. The dough was white and gummy with an uncooked center. The onions and peppers were also raw. This was our first time there and our last. We left without eating the food.

Food was ok - definitely not like it used to be. Had good service, place was not very busy but had a wait. Weren't in a rush so didn't mind waiting.

Amazing staff and great pizza. Thank you to the waitress that always serves the pep band after games. You're the MVP!

Used to go there once a week and always ordered the firehouse pizza. But since the new management took over its gone downhill fast. My last time there I ordered the same thing but it came with no chicken etc. Just cheese .I asked the bartender if I could send it back and try again but she said it would be a waste of time bc since new management took over the cooks are told to skip on toppings etc. I left and will never return.

Nothing like spending 130 dollars at a restaurant and the food tasting so bad I had to force it down because I didn’t want to waste 130 dollars!! Next day I was greeted with diarrhea all day and terrible stomach cramps. I suggest the restaurant be reported to the state for food quality check. As a microbiologist myself I am frightened by what they might do to a customer. Wish I could get my money back.....

We had been there before, but not for quite some time. This day we'd been car shopping in the area and decided to grab a very late lunch before jumping on the interstate. We were seated in the bar area, which was chilly and very loud--people yelling back and forth (including the bartender). Neither of us felt like having pizza, which-in their defense-was probably our biggest mistake, since it is a pizza place! I had a chicken parmigiana pizzanini, which I pictured as a chicken parm sandwich on a thin crust sort of thing from the description. There was hardly any chicken (or cheese, for that matter) involved, the crust was dry and hard, and the fries served on the side were cold. My hubby had a burger, which he said was okay, but greasy, and his fries were also cold. Unfortunately, we never saw our server until we were ready to leave, so didn't have an opportunity to ask for warm fries. Overall, not a good experience.

It took awhile to be seated when we could see many tables empty and we were told 10 mins. It was 4 of us and our 16 month old and they seated us in the table that had been empty since we got there. Our waiter took awhile to come over. I never got my side salad which came with my meal. My ziti had been sitting under the heat lamp so long most of the noodles were hard and my husbands chicken parm sandwich wasnt good as well. It took almost our whole meal to get refills and our friends were never even offered refills on alcoholic beverages. I still tipped 20% because it was a holiday and who knows what kind of day hes had. But I expected better food for the prices. Highly do not reccomend....we were suppose to eat at the olive garden but the wait was an hour.

I have had a bad experience here years ago where my gluten free pizza was barely cooked with frozen dough in the middle. This is the second time I go there. Staff was nice, but my chicken was dry and rubbery. The rest of the salad was good, but grilled chicken shouldn't be that hard to make..
