We did take out and it was all super good! We waited at the bar for our food and everyone was very friendly. Great place, cool vibes.

The pork belly was very good. The tacos fell apart, though, after a 5 minute drive home so I'd say they were too wet. A little pricey but I guess they can upcharged for the food since it's South Royalton and there's not many taco options nearby and they seem to use good quality ingredients. The interior vibes were great and I'd love to come back and try a drink or two.

Our enchiladas were waaay overpriced for what we got: bland and filled with way too much cheese. I ordered the Vermonter quesadilla, with a tiny bit of pickled apple and onion. For $18.00 you don’t get any sides, and there was so much cheese that the entire dish was just a greasy mess. My husband ordered the barbacoa beef and it too was greasy with way too much cheese. You order at the bar and get your own cutlery and napkins, but the tables around us were filthy from former customers and hadn’t been wiped down. Our food was brought to the table and that person left empty handed with two of those surrounding four tables left filthy. We were there more than an hour and those tables still remained untouched. Yuk. Never coming back.

We were looking for a little taste of something different. Street tacos was what I had with the cheese dip appetizer. The tacos were delicious, and the dip was too. I was a little confused when going on on seating and ordering but realized quickly you order at counter then choose a spot to eat. The staff was great and all my food came out amazing. Definitely would recommend to anyone that is looking for a great street taco.

Good not great tacos. Most of the reviews that mention them being bland are pretty spot on. The meat either has little flavor or just can't stand up against the toppings and sauces. The portions are great as none of our tacos were lacking a hearty amount of protein. I can't say we'd come back.

Excessive waiting times. Waited 25 minutes to order food as the 4th party in line and walk out as the second group in line after 25 minutes of just standing there being ignored. The bartender/cashier kept filling drinks for people at the bar and ignored a line of customers waiting to order food. Without exaggeration just stood there for 25 minutes, despite the fact that when she took someone's order it took all of 1 minute to put the order in the computer and have them go through the tip menu. This was clearly not a staffing problem. The bar is small and both ordering and filling drinks could easily be managed by one person. It was just poor service and/or rude. Went to Worthy Burger where they sat us and served us in the same amount of time we were waiting to go from 4th in line to 2nd in line at Carlitas. It is disappointing as Carlitas looked like a nice little local place, but they don't treat you very well.... Ultimately very happy with our decision to go to WB as service was excellent and food was fantastic.
