This is definitely more of a restaurant than a brewery. It was pretty hard to order a drink if you weren’t already seated at one of the bars or a table. Unfortunately, we were told by the host the wait was only 20 minutes, while after I gave my name and number the text said 45 minutes, and the actual wait was an hour. While we still probably would have waited, a more accurate estimate would have been appreciated so we could have decided. We spent out hour wait by one of the fire pites, which was enjoyable. We were eventually seated inside, where we received good service. The server suggested the $5 Pilsner and it was a solid beer. We shared the cheddar fritters and the dry rub wings. The cheddar fritters were really good, while the wings had this weird, sweet dry rub. I wish that was described on the menu, but the wings were cooked perfectly. I had the pulled pork sandwich that I enjoyed, while my friend ordered one of the burgers rare, but it came out medium to medium well (which seems to be the standard for restaurants in Stowe.) we didn’t have dessert, but the options looked good. Our experience was still generally good here even with the overcooked burger, and I would recommend coming here to eat.

A must visit if you’re in Stowe. Great beer and friendly staff. To all the parents please keep an eye on your kids. It’s not fair for the staff to be on the lookout for your child running and screaming unattended at a brewpub.

You cannot come to Stowe without stopping here. Husband and I stopped in after a morning of hiking and it did not disappoint. Every worker was very friendly and helpful. The cheddar fritters and reuben are a must try. We hope to come back one day.

Been here a couple of times. It gets busy and there's no res, but the place is big and if you time it right you'll be fine. Extensive liquor selection and draft beers. Food is on point. Specialty drinks seem to be pricey, but you're paying for the ambiance and location. Outside back there's a fire pit, inside two separate bars and separate dining locations. Kid friendly. Worth at least one visit on a trip.

Great casual dinner spot you should try. We were there after first day of skiing. Great beer selection and impressive menu selection (I usually feel skeptical about restaurants in touristic area). They also have top notched staffs…!! Not lousy ambience so that my bad hearing still got what my company said. Def we will go back when revisit stowe next time.
