Stop verbally asking for a tip. You are serving to-go bagels. this is not a sit down restaraunt.Also, the bagels are not always fresh. You could be the first customer at 630, and yet the bagels will be room temperature. Clearly from the day before.Also, the eggs are unfortunately not cooked to serve, they are microwaved?

It’s a bagel place, but the bagels were super dense and felt stale (hard to bite and rubbery). I was super excited to try this place as a visitor of Stowe but was let down by the bagels. Staff was nice, but I didn’t like the fact that they verbally asked for a tip at the register, it felt awkward, but nonetheless they were nice so I did leave a tip.

Incredibly unfriendly. The woman who handed me my bagel was on a mission to not speak or smile. The staff all around seemed miserable. And more importantly the bagel was terrible. Both texture and taste.
