Beautiful romantic ambience. Although, the steak was very tough and the “truffle” hummus was extremely bland. Wife got the pork chop which was probably the best thing we ordered.

We have had the pleasure of dining at Bistro at 10 Acres three times. The wait staff is fabulous. We have been lucky enough to have the same wait person all three times, thank you Desiree. The food is fantastic. Thank you chefs. Definitely be there again.

Had the best meal of our trip here. Everything was bursting with flavor. My husband had the filet, and I had the pork. The mains and sides were all done to perfection. The whipped butter and fresh bread were also excellent. The atmosphere is cozy inside and a beautiful view outside, so you can’t go wrong with any table. Service was prompt and friendly. Highly recommend!!

This was such a great experience for us. Traveling from Boston for our anniversary, we arrived at 5:45 pm. We loved the ambience (dim lighting, rustic, very quaint) had a great view of the pasture across the street, our waiter was excellent. We had dietary restrictions, they immediately accommodated, no questions asked. Service and food were 5 star. Ordered the pork ribeye, chicken special, chicken curry, mussels appetizer and hummus plate. We were so happy to have had such a great dining experience on our first night in Stowe.

Really tasty meals. They must have an excellent chef here! Bread, appetizer (we got the mussels), main dishes ( filet and pork) were really good, tasty and flavorful. We also had the carrot cake for desert, which was also excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant, if you want really good tasting food in a quaint environment.
read some negative reviews but found our experience to be wonderful. some complaints about pricing, but we ate a different place every night for 6 nights and found pricing to be on par with everyone else. staff was wonderful, food was wonderful, and atmosphere was cozy, romantic and quiet - wonderful. originally had a table outside but the cold brought us in - liked that much better because we noticed the outdoor dining was just off a very busy intersection and we dont like to have fine dining right next to a bunch of speeding cars so we recommend dining inside only.

Don't go and eat outside at 8. The place was dying down, we became the last people there and there was almost no light outside. The waitress finally brought us a light so we could see our food. Literally was pitch black. The food was subpar as well. The spicy Caesar was the best thing on the menu. Mains were poor, chewy large chunks of chicken, and a duck burger that was not great. The sunset was the highlight of the evening. Nice staff overall, needs some work.

Understaffed/overwhelmed service. Chicken tips had some chewy, inedible pieces. We expected much more fir the price. 5th or 6th time we’ve come over the past ten years. Unfortunately, it will be our

Bistro at Ten Acres is a rustic farmhouse converted into a comfortable, laid back, thoroughly enjoyable restaurant. Our server was enthusiastic and attentive. Drinks were served promptly with warm bread. My filet mignon was perfectly prepared to medium rare, and the accompanying garlic mashed potatoes, asparagus and carrots were delicious as well. Everyone in our party raved about their selections which included pork ribeye and chicken medallions. I highly recommend!

Phenomenal food and service. Deseree was a wonderful server, the corn chowder and Caesar salad were phenomenal. The red wine was served at the perfect temperature.
