Well, we checked out of our hotel and instead of eating a bagel & coffee, we decided to go to some type of diner and found this place and it looked good. So we went. We were all very hungry and the server tells us to scan the code to place the order or to go to the cashier. So we decided to scan the code and do it ourself. Went here after seeing it several times on the way to the resort. Seemed a “must need to try” sort of place. Wasn’t disappointed in the least. While a bit pricey for crepes, it made total sense given the location. My girlfriend and I each got a different savory crepe then shared a sweet one. I really enjoyed that my savory crepe had some crunch to it. Literally the only thing I could complain about is the last of coffee choices. The Skinny Pancake is at the base of the Sunny Spruce lift and made for a wonderful ski day lunch. Today they only had crepes available on their menu and no salads or sandwiches. We enjoyed their savory and sweet crepes and appreciated that they have vegan options. The dining room was spacious and had a nice view of the mountain and the ice rink; the only downside to the space is that the kitchen is tiny so they had to stop taking orders for 10 minutes to give the kitchen time...read full review
