The skinny pancake at Stowe resort is pretty much a dump. It's old carpet, weird entrance & lack luster interior certainly is a surprise given its location right next to the ice rink. I was expecting s very cute modern creperie - total disappointment. Actually felt dirty there. Additionally it opens rather late so for families who want it before ski school are rushing. The lodge at spruce peak opens at 7am which was a savior for our children who are early risers. I suggest passing on this one.

I waited an hour for an order for four crêpes, while I understand they are busy, they kept telling me they're coming, they're coming five minutes, at the hour mark I asked for a refund was told by the clerk she needed to then find her glasses and she would do it by midnight. Left me standing theee to wait some more!!Took my name and the last four of my credit card number. she would not refund the money while I was there so I said I'm leaving with no food and no refund. I then asked her how long would it be to just get the food and she told me that she already canceled my order - absolutely unbelievable and totally rude. Don't think I'm ever going to see my $49 back. No crêpes , no refund, horrible service have been going there since they opened, will never go again!! Find someplace else to eat on the mountain

We went twice. The first time, they got 3 out of 4 orders wrong. The second time we went because one person was celiac and they have gluten free options. But she explained she was celiac and ordered a GF and they gave her a regular crepe, causing her to get sick enough that she lost a day of skiing. The cashier seemed like she couldn't have cared less about the mistake.

The menu choices were decent, and so was the food. Unfortunately the wait was a lot longer than anticipated (about an hour). Within the seating area, everyone was vying for a table. Not the best system setup for a hungry lunch hour. This place isn't too spacious so I would plan ahead by ordering early and then bringing your food to the spruce base camp to eat if crepes is what you're looking for!

Have never had a bad bite to eat here. We frequented the Skinny Pancake when we lived here and it's a staple when we visit. Hotly requested by our kids and a place we take and recommend to out of town friends.

Fantastic place for a fantastic meal. If you like any of their other locations, you'll love this 10fold. Great food, great views, great times.

Food might have been great, but everything online said it was open. Come to find out they’re only open on weekends. I hate to leave a bad review without even trying the food, but it seems this has been a constant issue. I understand staffing issues, but at least update your hours and availability so potential patrons are made aware?

Well, we checked out of our hotel and instead of eating a bagel & coffee, we decided to go to some type of diner and found this place and it looked good. So we went. We were all very hungry and the server tells us to scan the code to place the order or to go to the cashier. So we decided to scan the code and do it ourself. I don't know if it was us but it was kind of perplex to use. anyway we finally placed the order. 3 large freshly squeezed orange juice 3 Noah's ark and a chocolate crepe and an ice coffee. The bill came out to $105.00 for the four of us. The payment was made before the food was served to us. We have never ever in 19 years paid so much for breakfast. Was the food good. HELLOOOO it was just one scrambled egg, bacon and crepe. We didn't even want to ask for toast because it was going to add up. This was just out of our budget. But if you can afford it then go right ahead.

Pretty chill spot! The egg sandwich was pretty good. I never had their style of crepes. Personally wasn't crazy about them but overall a good spot to get breakfast.

We’ve been eating in Skinny Pancake since they were a cart on Church Street in downtown Burlington, and have fun memories and taking our children to their Lake Street restaurant over many years. However I feel like they’re really losing their game. They need to stop blaming everything on the pandemic. Every time we try to eat here they are either understaffed and not seating, or don’t answer the phone to try and inquire or get reservations, or forget part of our order. Recently we ordered sides of maple syrup, which is not uncommon given that they are skinny pancakes, and when I went back inside to try to get the sides of maple syrup I stood in front of the manager who spent five minutes typing in reservations for later in the day instead of asking me if I needed something. At this price point you should at least get decent customer service and a complete order. This particular location needs some serious oversight from management.
Skinny Pancake was recommended by our waiter at a restaurant in The Lodge-our condo located just steps away from SP. Tried to go yesterday afternoon and the door was locked. Since I saw people in there I tried the exit door and popped my head in to be told that they’re closed even though there were people eating at a couple of the tables. Went back this morning for breakfast and the door was locked again. I saw two groups inside eating so I tried the exit door again and it was locked. Went back to the entrance door and an employee was telling someone that they she was the only one working and that she could only serve the family that was in there that had a reservation. I get the shortage of staff, but close completely or put a sign on the door if you can’t serve the public and be a restaurant. Very disappointing especially when highly recommended and planning on a good breakfast before hitting the slopes. The shops and restaurants are technically an amenity while staying at the ski-in/ski-out lodging in the village. Don’t rely on SP like we did.

The crepes are fairly tasty, and the prices aren't horrible. But the staff? Not so good. They close early, don't smile, are stingy with their portions, and overall create a mediocre experience. All in all just another disappointment at Stowe.

Went here after seeing it several times on the way to the resort. Seemed a “must need to try” sort of place. Wasn’t disappointed in the least. While a bit pricey for crepes, it made total sense given the location. My girlfriend and I each got a different savory crepe then shared a sweet one. I really enjoyed that my savory crepe had some crunch to it. Literally the only thing I could complain about is the last of coffee choices. Several coffee items weren’t available that are on the menu but I totally get it and assume it’s due to staffing and the season. But would definitely go again!

Horrible overpriced food. We experienced abhorrent, nasty staff. Midweek and not busy, so no excuse for this behavior.

Great crepes, great service with a smile and right off the slopes!! It was a delicious pit stop and we're back off!!
