My mom and I stopped in around 3:30 the other day after getting off the mountain from Skiing. There kitchen wasn't quite open yet which they told us and we were fine with. We ordered the coconut shrimp and their burbon maple syrup wings. The only reason I gave the food a 4 star vs. 5 is that they gave us 4 shrimp. for the price, could you make it more like 6? Otherwise, very good. Ben was the bartender and our waiter as it was before dinner service. Very nice to talk with and attentive to our drinks (Coffee, Tea, and Water) . I appreciate a server who cares just as much about my water as they would if i ordered a martini. Thanks Ben

Always a great time and atmosphere to enjoy. Meal is always excellent and staff is attentive. I got the ribeye and Other dish is Gorgonzola filet.
We have been to this awesome restaurant twice and both times have been just fabulous. We order the charcuterie board as the appetizer because it is to die for and we get the filet mignon which just melts in your mouth. Both times the food has been crazy on point. Yes, it’s expensive but you definitely get what you pay for.

Loved the pub dark cherrywood decor atmosphere very cozy and comfortable booths. Our server was excellent. The corn chowder was delicious. We had the baked chicken and pork loin dinners both very tasty. Give it a try if you visit Stowe.

Your avg beer burger bar. Our bench was dirty and the food was pretty greasy all around. So I guess it's a seedy bar too. It was tasty food but heavy. Don't have a ton of vegetarian options, just a impossible burger with cheese, and a mushroom spinach melt. Fries were above avg. Would be nice to see at least one healthy vegetarian option. Or dare I saw it.... vegan!!!! Super nice staff and fast service.Vegetarian options: impossible burger with cheese, and a mushroom spinach melt. After looking below, it’s clear this place has serious issues. I’m not going into specifics; I even gave it a second chance after a thorough discussion with the hotel GM. HORRIBLE service. Disrespectful. RUDE. NASTY. DUMB but somehow insanely ENTITLED. VIOLATING. SLOW. CANT EVEN COOK PLAIN PASTA. Nasty host with a ridiculous attitude - Screaming at me to leave, slandering me for his own nasty behavior. DO NOT COME HERE. I can’t wait to leave and get back to civilization.

The place was a really cool old fashioned atmosphere. I would’ve left a higher review if not for the service that my party received. We got Linda as our waitress and from the start she seemed off. It progressively got worse where she started yelling and making a scene. She was extremely rude and when we asked for the manager she came out and blew us off and told us to leave not willing to tell her about our bad service. Finally, we got in the car and Linda ran out to the car and started yelling at us. Food was good but the service was unacceptable. Linda was definitely under the influence.

Whip Bar & Grill was a great choice for a family celebratory dinner. Anthony, our waiter, was excellent and attentive the entire evening. The food and drinks were delicious. Good choice if looking for good food and atmosphere.

Food was not the worst but not the best. The waitress just seemed off. At first she had her hand on my 15 year old son’s shoulder. We brushed it off as we thought she was being nice. However she kept stopping by and trying to make convo with him. Mind you she was about 50. When he asked for something she was rubbing in his shoulders and even started to rub his arm near his thigh. This got to far as i had to say something. The disbelief i had when she said he's a very attractive young man. This mad me call for a manager. But this manager played it off and told us to leave.

Food was okay however my brother had hair in his meal. This is a common thing and no one was upset. Until we told a waitress and she stuck her hand in his food. We were all shocked. She then left as nothing happened. This is absolutely unacceptable. Later on she yelled at us for asking for items. There was a strong weed smell from the waitress. This was clear as we saw a weed stick in her pocket.
