The food, as always, was great. But when my order was presented I was told that they were out of coleslaw. When I asked for a discount but was told that it was just a free add-on and I wouldn't get anything. I felt cheated.

For what it is... The filets are not what they were in their heyday in the 90s, but it was good to see a satellite Skipper's in a newer gas station/convenience facility on the West Plains. I've always thought they've had the less greasy option for QSR, national/regional brand fried fish, and this location held true to that. For 2023, they're pretty affordable.
