Wanted something quick and not to big while we were at Muckleshoot, so we came to check out the Food Hall. I wanted nachos, but they were out of queso. I was a little disappointed, and decided to get the steak quesadilla. They weren't skimpy with the meat and cheese and you are able to add other ingredients into it; I also added rice and black beans. So, it was a pretty thick quesadilla. My friend and I shared it, and it helped hold me over for the rest of the night.

Ordered a chicken taco and chips. Lots of items to build your taco with. Friendly staff and healthy food options from a food hall at Muckleshoot Resort. Food is quick & available as takeout. Chicken and other meats grilled in front of you. Reasonable price.

12:00 in the Afternoon on a Sunday and BAJA FRESH can’t seem to have more than ONE employee taking care of orders, etc. WHY is this acceptable at a supposedly “BEST IN THE NORTHWEST” Casino?? Unbelievable what this Casino has become with the other Restaurants CLOSED Except for the BSB which has a limited menu because of COVID. Always an excuse for a poor eating experience at this Casino. The Gaming is great, the rest however needs new management!!
