Great place to get an afternoon cold treat with the kids! Took my family of six and everyone was able to get what they wanted. Not everyone wanted ice cream, but everyone got a little something. My husband got a chocolate malt, my daughter got a vanilla smoothie and my other daughter just got a waffle cone. Although there was a long line, service was fast. The shop is small and there isn't that many seats available - which was okay as we enjoyed our treats on the way home.

You couldn't pay me enough to tolerate the extreme heat in your store. Putting a few fans to blow around hot heat does nothing to give your employees relief. Your storefront is entirely windows, with the hot sun magnified all day long.

Stopped in for dessert before dinner. Companion had a Banana Royal. Could have had a little more fudge on it.
We come here on a regular basis, many times a week, but for the first time we got here and the Friday staff decided to close an hour early and then proceeded to pretend we weren’t there. Terrible service do better Friday closing staff.

I purchased a package of six only to have the ice cream gritty. Which means it was melted and refrozen. From now on I will check the quart size to make sure it’s fresh. Do your business with the Auburn Way N store.
