Not a bar, and they are very snooty about letting you know.

Fun to stop in to learn a little about the distillery -- and why the rhubarb focus (But sadly no rhubarb liquor available! Darn!) Owner was super friendly and gave us a few tastings of other offerings.... A nice visit!

Little pricey for my blood... But absolutely worth it for the quality..

Had the chance to stop in and get a tasting of the various small batch spirits and enjoyed them all, from their bourbon and black lemon gin to the chocolate liqueur and various simple syrups and bitters! My favorite was the Apple Pie Whiskey, but very cool to hear about the crafting and history behind each bottle.

Solid bourbon. 5 stars.

My husband and I love Blackfish! You can tell they really enjoy the process of creating small batch spirits - the taste...so good! Looking for something easy to sip - try their Sweet Tea, you definitely will not regret it. Want something with depth, their Straight Bourbon will give you what you're looking for - and makes a great gift. Drink up (responsibly....)!!

Just wrapped up my variety pack that I purchased from Blackfish when I visited here last year. When Steve and I went here we did do a tasting on some of their spirits and enjoyed everything we sampled pretty well! What was in my variety pack was some whiskey and bourbon along with a few other spirits. I really liked their Straight Bourbon and the very mild Sweet Tea. I had apple flavored and chocolate flavored spirits as well and those were good too.Glad to see a distillery in Auburn as it's kind of in-between Tacoma and Seattle and many people bypass that area to hit the two larger cities for their distillery and brewery wants and needs.

I love this distillery! They make some of the best vodka and whiskey I've ever had. The people who run the place are extremely nice, and very knowledgeable about alcohol.

We really enjoyed tasting at The distillery. They have quite a wide variety from vodkas to Bourbons to Gin. Cheers

Blackfish is our local go to for specialty spirits. We have had the White Whiskey, Bourbon, Apple Pie, Coffee Liqueur, and Sweet Tea Liqueur. All are top notch well crafted items. If they have a minute, they will bring you back to the distillery. They also will provide samples, if you are unsure. Wonderful folks and spirits!

Very good place to stop and try/buy liquors and spirits! We were pleasantly surprised that everything we tried was very tasty was the white whiskey to the chocolate liquor and even the aquavit. They didn't have their bourbon/aged whiskey out of the barrel yet, but we will revisit them for that tasting very soon! Definitely recommend Blackfish

Absolutely wonderful company! I'm not a big alcohol drinker, and I can rarely tell the difference between basic and higher quality stuff...until we started sourcing from Blackish for my Theatre (couple pics of Holiday drinks we've made with their stuff before). I was amazed at how much smoother and complex their liquors are. Everything is good, although my absolute fave is the Sweet Tea bourbon. Over ice with a little lemonade it's amazing in the summer, and in cooler weather, (or if you're feeling yucky), combining it with hot tea is *brilliant.* Do yourself a favor and head to their showroom and grab some, or call your local liquor store and see what they have stocked!

Small family owned distillery. The owner showed us how the magic happens and then we got to indulge all the different liquors they make. We left with The Apple pie whiskey, The Bourbon and some Gin. The owner was awesome to talk to and we learned quite a bit. Great time.
