I recently had an unfortunate experience with this business related to my work through a third party. I want to start by saying that I am usually very pleased with my assignments and the professionalism of the businesses I work with.However, in this particular instance, there was a misunderstanding during my shift, which led to my account being deactivated. I reached out to this business (Cafe Pacific Catering) the owner (John) seeking cooperation to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, we couldn't find common ground.I emphasized to them that my work through this third party is not just a part-time endeavor but a vital source of income. I stressed that their cooperation was crucial to resolving this matter, as the disruption caused by this incident has put my financial stability at risk. However, I was disappointed by their response, as they suggested I handle the issue directly with the third party. Putting my financial stability at risk with no emphaty.I believe that communication and empathy are crucial in such situations, as they impact workers' livelihoods. It's disappointing when things don't go as planned, and I felt that my concerns were not fully heard.While I acknowledge that misunderstandings can happen, I hope that this business can consider improving their communication and understanding of the challenges faced by workers that they hire through a third party.

We have known John and Amy the owners of Cafe Pacific for many years. They are the kindest people and run a top notch catering business. With their help I surprised my wife on (not actual) her Birthday with a very large gathering of her friends and family. John went all out and prepared everything we needed and sent 'Leroy' who is a fantastic chef! to oversee the preparations. All we can say is Thank you again for helping to make this day in her life, a very special one!

From start to finish Café Pacific Catering is a pro team. In this industry that has suffered so much in the last few years Café Pacific is holding itself to very high standards of quality and service. Organizing food service for events is a very tricky business that is made much easier with the thoughtful and patient assistance of Polly. The Chinook district of Garden Clubs was holding is first fundraiser in quite some time, that was made so much easier with the professionalism and skill of the Café Pacific team. The food for the event was piping hot and delivered on time to the minute. Many of our guests with special dietary considerations were overjoyed by having their needs effortlessly met by the wide array of choices that are included on Café Pacific's menus. Bravo and well done. We'll be back!

Cafe pacific did a fantastic job on the catering for my dads 60th Birthday Party. All the guests were raving about how amazing the food was. Polly was fantastic to work with and she ensured we were taken care of from first contact till after the event was over. We picked the food up at their kitchen. The food was still very fresh when we served it a few hours later. I was very impressed with the food and service. We will be using them again in the future.

We had Cafe Pacific cater our company Christmas party, and it was AMAZING! We had the prime rib & maple salmon, and it was absolutely incredible. The people at Cafe Pacific were also a dream to work with, answering all of my questions right away and following up to make sure everything went as smooth as possible. The delivery person was right on time, he was very friendly and helpful. And Polly is a dream to work with, very professional. This is a no-brainer, I'll call Cafe Pacific for every party moving forward.

I had never ordered thanksgiving already-prepared before so I didn't know what to expect. I honestly was prepared to be somewhat disappointed because everyone makes things differently (like stuffing, for example - two people never make it the same way) so I was bracing for "meh, it's fine". Boy was I wrong!!! This was an amazing meal - every part of it. The turkey was moist and delicious, the stuffing was awesome, mashed potatoes were the star of the show and the gravy....omg. I would highly recommend them for their prepared thanksgiving meals. Packaged up perfectly and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Thank you for making my Thanksgiving meal easy!!!!

Thank you for such a beautiful and tasty meal!!! You all came in and set up a wonderful catering station at our company, and we all enjoyed it. The turkey was super moist, everything was seasoned perfectly, the potatoes were nice a hearty, and the gravy was the perfect touch to finish my plate. I am not a pork eater, but my coworkers all raved about the ham and it looked really beautiful with all the toppings. A lot of people went back for seconds, and the cafeteria was spotless after you guys left. Wish I would have taken a photo for your review, but that opportunity is long gone haha. We used Cafe Pacific for my wedding reception. I live out of state so I didn't get to do a food tasting so I picked what I thought I would like. It was really good! We had a heavy appetizer menu and desserts. They also provided the bar tender. They were super flexible with last minute changes and the feedback from our guests was that the food was wonderful.
Amy reached out, got the reservation fixed, went for a taste testing, food was good, will update to 5 stars after the event as long as all goes well!

I just had my husband's memorial. I chose Cafe Pacific because I wanted something local. The were awesome! We picked up the food which was very well packaged. The salmon bites were so good! Everything tasted incredible.

Delivery was quick, food was fresh and delicious, and a great price! Cafe Pacific was such a delicious part of our school's JSB experience! Cafe Pacific worked hard to be within our budget and gave each student a wonderful dinner of chicken marsala at Foss Waterway. It was a pure pleasure to work with Cafe Pacific both behind the scenes and at the event itself. They were helpful and professional.
