She makes everything fresh so expect a 20-30 minute wait. There is an online order that you can do (highly recommend) to cut down the wait time. The food is hit or miss depending on the day. Sometimes there's too much salt or not nearly enough (which makes sense because there's one person cooking everything fresh). The fried plantains and the sweet corn tamales are the best. First time at this Salvadoran restaurant. We had pupusas and Salvadoran enchiladas with the eggs, and they were great. The tortillas they used were thick, chewy and crispy, delicious! Also got a Pollo meal, it was basic but delicious. Highly recommend trying this place out. I

I had no idea what a pupusas was but I ordered some and they were amazing! The son took my order and the mom sprinted to the back and started slapping things around like I was the most important customer of the day! Turns out pupusas is awesome and they give you this spicy salad with a to go order. Eat it slowly because it's brain melting spicy! Bottom line: I will be there again tomorrow and many more times in the future to try different things!
