False advertisement! I was over charged for my smoothie. Prices are not as advertised. Also, the smoothie was mediocre, at best.

Employee is rude and didn't even greet people or repeat their order. Got my usual it did not taste like my usual and asked for something else refused. I'm sure it didn't have greens like I paid for. Worst service matches the ghetto auburn vibes. I was a regular.

Went on Sunday around 516/530pm, Got the Nutty Banana, Zone Zinger and a Fruity 3rd one, can’t remember the name. The Nutty Banana (0/10) and the other Fruity one (0/10) taste like straight water and is very soupy. The Zone Zinger taste like a zone zinger with a hint of water, no sweetness. I originally went for an açaí bowl because you can’t go wrong with that and come to find out they aren’t even selling them. For 25$ that’s upsetting because i enjoy Emerald City Smoothies, this was a DUDD. 2/10 overall because the ostrich sticks was good and because it smelt like waffles in there

Came in yesterday and right off the bat the girls were a bit rude , I ordered tropical sunrise and I felt something hard hit the back of my throat , I spit it out and it was a fly. I am absolutely disgusted.

The two girls working Monday 10/9 @3:30 PM have no customer service. After not getting greeted when walking in or at the counter, one of our smoothies were made wrong, with no peanut butter. When we asked them to remake the smoothie, they dumped it back in the blender & added peanut butter. Mind you we already drank off the smoothie. Very unsanitary.

Didn't realize there was one by the my gym! They have a buy one get one reward if you check in on Yelp. FYI* they won't accept it. When trying to use it, I was told that because there isn't a code on yelp, they can't accept it. ( - 1 star) The worker wasn't friendly at all, they weren't mean but they definitely looked like they didn't want to be there. I get it, not everyone is a morning person or maybe they were just having a rough start. ( - 1 star) Anyway, the 3 stars are for the smoothies and protein bars.. My go to is the green goddess and they're super consistent with their flavor. I also love that they have a variety of protein bars and supplements.

I would give a 0 but that’s not an option. I came in here yesterday to grab something and when I walked in one of the employees was rubbing her eyes and said “do you know what you want?”. I ordered the builder with chocolate base, you usually have the choice between chocolate or vanilla. The builder comes with peanut butter and extra protein. I always add strawberries and blueberries.I wasn’t even waiting a couple minutes before the woman said my smoothie was ready. I was thinking in my head “wow that was fast”, I thanked her and went on my way.I must say that was the worst smoothie I’ve had. All I tasted was chalky protein powder and chunks of blueberries and strawberries. No peanut butter no chocolate just a weird watery base. Definitely not coming back to this one and I will stick to my usual location in sunrise village

Stopped by for a quick treat before we took the kids to walk around the mall. Plenty of smoothies to choose from. Multiple sizes and boost options as well. We used the buy one get one offer and that was pretty sweet. I would come back again.

Poor. Can confirm the other recent reviews. Staff must have changed. Used to be great now they seem like they don't like it when people come in ? Drinks are poor and staff could care less about basic customer service?

I love Emerald City Smoothie and have been to multiple locations throughout WA, and never have I had anything bad to say about any of the locations, until I came to this one. I was here about 2 weeks ago and got a smoothie in the evening before heading back home. When I walked in, 2 girls were working, I was the only person who was in there, and no one greeted me. Then I stood there for about 5 minutes before one of the girls said “do you know what you want?” Which was extremely off-putting. After I ordered I stood there, the two girls continued to talk and it took longer than usual to have the smoothie made. There was also no music on in the store, so it was pure silence other than the girls talking to one another. I grabbed my smoothie and left, and to top it all off, it tasted NOTHING like it usually does. It tasted bland, chalky, and had 0 flavor compared to every other one I have had in the past, and I almost buy these smoothies weekly.Today, I went back, now 2 weeks later, to give them another shot. Upon parking, there is a sign on the door saying they are closed for today and won’t reopen until tomorrow evening.I am absolutely never coming back here and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to come here either. It’s a huge disappointment to the business
