My coffee had chunks in it, I had to add ice because she only put a little bit in. Coffee was not even cold. I ordered 2 oatmeal's for lunch & didn't ask for water to be put in them but when I said I don't want water she said "well...that is the way we do it" instead of offering to give me oatmeal w/o water.I asked her to please give me them w/o water and she gave me one. The one she had water in was the last one so I bought it. When I took a bite the oatmeal was luke-warm, she didn't bother to put hot water in it; & It's not because it cooled off, it was put in the oatmeal that way. I took a bite within 5 min of buying it.This is when I decided to leave a review. She had a friend in there w/her, she was not even trying to pay attention, or it was shift change. Either way I will not be choosing them as my first choice for coffee at break time. It is too bad, but when the barista gives me 'warm' iced coffee & 'cold' oatmeal; that is too much. I even added the pictures, you can see the chunks of powder she did not bother to stir all the way.Was there on March 7th 1:15 pm - Don't know who it was but that was when I went there.I was there this morning at 7:30 and that barista was GREAT - different girl!

Love this shop! Been coming here for over 3 years since I started working in the area. Baristas are super nice, coffee is delicious (get the Secret Garden!), and they're fast. 10/10 recommend!

This place sucks. I was here on Thursday 8/19/21 at 5:20 am and barista would rather talk to guys than make drinks. I waited 10 mins as she continued to talk about love life and never even serve him anything. He's truck was off so they can have quiet time to talk. I had to leave, not happy.

They were unfortunately robbed this morning, only one barista working. Auburn Police responded (blocked entry) to support barista (excellent job). However, with broken window the owner (comfortably from Eastern WA) instructed clearly upset barista to remain open for business! APD went so far as to advise they close until the store was secure, owner still instructed barista to remain against law enforcement advice! 10AM update, looks like they did close up - thankfully! While the baristas are wonderful, I'm not sure I would support a business owned by someone who doesn't prioritize their staff. Employee safety is far more important than coffee sales for a day (at least until the stand is secure).
