Waited for food in the parking lot, brought 4 bags of food to the car that was 2 cars behind me. When I finally got my food , the fries were ice cold and the quarter pounder with cheese was more on the box, not on the burger! My mistake to try this location again after more than a year! Never again ????

Managed as a giant vending machine instead of a restaurant. You use the kiosk to place your order. What staff there is will only briefly be visible when they bring out your order.The burger and fries were served barely above room temperature and there was no ketchup by the self-serve area. You almost have to enter the kitchen area to get the attention of an employee.

All the bad reviews are spot on. This McDonald’s constantly has all spaces outside full, customers awaiting their drive through orders. Near always you’re told “we need you to pull around outside and wait”. Be prepared for only 1 in 4 of your orders to be correct. If you do go inside, be prepared to wait at the counter for 10 minutes before you’re acknowledged to place an order. In the meantime, you can hear the young workers dropping foul language and speaking in Rated R subjects while your kids hear it all. Real classy. It’s clear the owner and managers of this location don’t care. Many reviews over several years, same exact issues. Nothing has changed here. Lakeland hills desperately needs another fast food option to end this McDonald’s embarrassingly poor performing monopoly it has.

I do doordash. So I go into the restaurant 3 times in about 2 hrs and not one time did anybody acknowledge that I was studying at the counter waiting to pick up my orders. Several people looked right at me and Never spoke. Lots of laughing and joking. When finally got someone's attention I noticed that my order had been done for at least 10 minutes. Customers at the counter also waited without acknowledgement. As a Dasher I had no choice but to go in there. But I will never be a customer of this store.

I went in and this short young lady came and assisted me with such a joyous smile on her face it really brightened my day ever since my car accident I've been feeling sad and wanted to treat myself and i was meet with such a welcoming young lady i recall her name was Daelashae what a beautiful soul!!
This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. People that work on this Sunday know absolutely nothing. They cannot get an order straight , no tea at all and nobody knows how to make it. Really people!!

I do not recommend eating here. Ordered a happy meal, nuggets, no sauce. Ended up with a nugget box full of tarter sauce and no nuggets. So sad. So angry. Poor kid. Mistake or joke, no more. The nearby McDonald's on A Street is 1000x better and gets all of my business from now on.

Worst McDonald’s ever!!! Never get food at window, always have to go park. Forgot my whole order then told me they were doing the best they could.. after 30 mins and everyone getting their order I asked for money back and left. Then this time ordered a chicken sandwich and got a McRib.. no one in line but me and was told to go park. Then said it would be 10 mins to cook the chicken.. had like 10 employees standing around.

This McDonald's has officially become a "drive-in", NOT "drive-thru". Every time I come here, they ask me to park to wait for my food(so their clock timer can reset) to seem better/faster for corporate. Tired of it.
