I got a simple chicken ? teriyaki. The chicken looks not cooked all the way. Rice tasted not good either . Probably 1 of the worst teriyaki I had. I tried to get a refund, the lady said "it your problem, no refund." So I am leaving this review.

I have never been so disgusted. I didn’t even eat here and I don’t want to. While sitting in the food court trying to eat I see a lady scratching her neck for 10-15 minutes. After this she deals with cash. Wouldn’t have been an issue if she washed her hands, instead she went ahead and starting handling food and such serving it to the customers with no thought about it. So disgusting. No one should eat here unless they want to be served something unsanitary.

This place SUCKS!1. NO hot sauce2. NO chopsticks, if you don't mind using a fork when picking up your sushi3. They advertise bento box so I got that and they handed me a styrofoam to go box.4. The teriyaki is so sweet (so if that is something you like)5. Oh and I had to ask for wasabi for my sushi. They gave a pinch in a container.But boy , the cashier though was super nice but not worth 20 bucks

If I could leave this place a 0 I would. Terrible food for an insane price. I ordered chicken teriyaki and it looked more like random guts than chicken. After I took my food back to get a refund the guy working said they could only do exchanges. Awful service horrible atmosphere. DO NOT eat here.

I wouldn't even give them a 1 Star. I ordered chicken teriyaki not even 30seconds later they took it off the grill and call my order. I was so shocked how fast the order came up since this is raw chicken being cooked. I opened the box to find that the chicken was still raw and white. I asked if they can cook it longer she was so upset that I even said anything about how her food. She said this is done I said no I ordered less than a minute ago I have the receipt she said it's pre cooked.....i said I can't eat this it would make me sick. She said that she can't put it back on the grill because it has sauce on it. I asked for a refund then she said we don't do refunds only exchanges I said I want an exchange then I can't eat this food it would make me and my toddler sick. She said give me your card I don't Wana see you back here again. Done I never will with the kind of customer service I got. No wonder they have a 1 Star review. I’m not sure why all the lower star reviews the food was awesome and compared tot the other choices in the mall you can get even a beef and rice meal for 12 bucks.
