I didn't like the fact that I ordered a dish of 4 meals and cause the didn't had one the served me 3 and charged me for 4. After complaining the explained me that the one meal had finished and they told me to order something elce. The service wasn't good and the food not so good.

The food/service/atmosphere are 3-stars, and yet somehow overall it gets 4-stars. Panda Express, for what it is, is actually decent flavor Chinese-generic Asian food that you can get as drive through fast food on a budget. A “main” and rice for $8.60 is a decent price.Teriyaki chicken seems to be actually cooked over a flame.The interior was a bit unkempt on the two occasions I visited this location but otherwise no complaints.

They always put mobile order as the last priority. People in the drive thru and in the lobby who come 10-20 minutes after I submit an online order get their food before me. I have to keep reminding them and express my frustration for them to realize they have online orders to fulfill.

Very nice place, staff were really kind. It had a nice atmosphere in which I enjoyed being in with my family. Staff were patient and one even opened the door for us which was really kind. I waited for over 20 mins for orange chicken. I deliver door dash. I get paid per delivery. You can’t tell meThat it takes 20 mins to cook orange chicken. There was another guy waiting also for orange chicken. They gave him his but they were still waiting for mine. WTH?? They only cook enough for one order at a time. And the. Then the girl behind the counter tells me. “You did t have to take it”. Like I knew it was going to take 29 mins when I accepted it. WTH??

There customer service is very very bad. They all should have a training about customer service. First of all they are showing that they are busy, and nobody’s coming to help me. Then I ordered kids meals when I go for pay by cash, the lady just wake away to another customer. She don’t tell me nothing. Then another girl came took my money and also walk away, don’t say anything, and also I don’t get my food. When I call them for my food which I already pay, then they just passed the food as if they just wanted to get rid of me? I’m so sorry to say this but they don’t know how give customer service.

The food is very good. Obviously it's fast food so when I say it's very good that's the level in comparing it to. They work hard to keep the restaurant clean. The service is friendly. Sometimes you can tell the workers are a little overwhelmed with how busy it gets, but they are human. The value is very good too. For $10 you get several choices and enough food to be a large meal in most people's eyes. It's a family staple and will be so long as there aren't great changes to good quality.
Terrible food rice burned and very skimpy on giving out Sauce packets. I had meal for five people and only was offered one packet of soy sauce on delivery after I called and told them how many people there are and what to add . Will not be ordering from them anymore and it’s sad because I am a Chinese food lover.

Went into this store and I asked to try something prior to purchasing it and was told they discontinued toothpicks and we asked if they can use a fork instead and was told yes. Then the employee told us they do not offer samples and never have, after trying to explain our situation the employee then started yelling... We have been to multiple locations across the country and have never had a problem before. Will spread the word about this. DO NOT RECCOMEND
