Pho is flavourful , portions are good, and meat is nice. Friendly and take care of you. I like coming here weather it is hot or cold out . Cold out you will feel warmer after eating a bowl of their delicious pho. Hot outside once done will feel relaxed and cooler when you step out of eating a relaxing bowl of delicious pho . Great food for the Win + win.

I love pho from this location. The last time we were there the service was pretty slow even though there was only 1 other customer dining in but I was with my daughter and we were chatting, not such a big deal. Food is worth the wait. I went there today with my fiancée and when we came in we were told we could sit anywhere. We sat down and within a few minutes the lady brought us menus and bags of utensils. She turned and walked away and I said thank you. We sat there for more than 5 minutes waiting when another couple walked in. She told them the same thing. They sat down to our left and within minutes they received waters and had their order taken right away. Didn't make a big deal about it until after we waited more than 10 minutes and still she did not come to take our order. I was super disappointed because their pho is so good. We probably won't be coming back.

Looks to be under new management and, in my opinion, they are not picking up where old management left off.Called around 12:15PM for carry out. Was told it would be 15-20 minutes. For two BANH Mi GAHs? Maybe business was booming and it was the lunch rush.Arrived around 20 minutes later only to find it not busy at all , or maybe to them it was, since there was only one guy running things. Five minutes standing at the front desk to pay for and pick up my order only to find that the sandwiches weren't ready, or even started. (concluded this from the conversation between the host and the kitchen staff)Beep Beep Beep. You could here the microwave in the back being used to warm up my chicken. Very sus! Ten minutes later the sandwiches are ready. Left to make it back to the office ..unwrapped… to a big bite …and yes as suspected, reheated chicken, in a mess of a sandwich. The bread wasn't even fresh. Tasted like day old.Won't be heading here again and I would suggest you don't either.

I came to pick up a car I had bought but it wasn't ready to go yet, I walked down the street with my useless dead phone and found this place. It was like coming home... Except I'm not from there of course.She fed me hot phô and gave me a pot of hot tea and even loaned me a charger so I could charge my phone and call for a ride. While I was waiting for my ride, she checked on me and we chatted in between customers.The food is amazing, customer service is superb, and she really has a heart of gold. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a bite or a chance to warm up in an amazing atmosphere.

Yelp reviews were from over a year ago I don't know why but we ended up here because Auburn does not have any pho places that aren't staffed hints long waits and sh*tty service! If you have the patient and don't have standards on how your food gets served and how it taste then you should definitely come here! Upon entering no acknowledgement whatsoever so we sit after a couple minutes you see an elder lady cashing someone out finally sees us after she's done drops off menus takes another 5 minutes to get in order two pho, spring rolls, bubble tea and an order of hot tea. No water or beverage served after 15minutes food comes out including spring rolls (old hard spring roll) only has slices of shrimp barely any noodles and old bean sprouts browning! Pho nothing to rave about although I did get the #1 combination only got a small amount of well cooked brisket and tiny pieces of tendon and tripe... while dining in witness a handful of people just waiting for their food while we're just looking at each other concerned and I'm sure it was the owner doing the front of house juggling dine in orders, phone orders, serving and making drinks btw remember I ordered hot tea which she mentioned it's 3.50 I said ok I still want it! Anyway after finishing up our food I go up and pay two phos, spring roll, bubble tea and my hot tea never was brought out so I told her you didn't charge me and she goes no I didn't charge you because you didn't want it? When did I ever say I didn't want anything? Kids pho $3.50 Small Pho $8.75 Spring Roll $3.59 Bubble Tea $4.50 Total Bill$31.60????!! Never again! I decided to save my breath and not waste anymore of my time. Horrible service and will over charge you for your bill!! STAY AWAY! ZERO STARS!

This was a great place to eat the owner is super sweet, Mary and she and another do full time work there, create great food and a good environment to be around and she tries her hardest to be fast and with quality! The pho was delicious and a large fed two of us and the portions were great especially the ox tail???? Support local businesses! They need us!

Only one person working, seemed a bit overwhelmed. Food was okay, but I had to remind her halfway through the meal that I still had not received my drink. She had started on the next person's order and did not return to the counter for 15 mins or so. I can't say I will try again in the future.

However service is not great here meaning there's shortage of wait staff so your water gets brought out the same time as your food and your appetizers sometimes get brought out the same time as the main course. Menu could use a little bit of polishing up. This restaurant is your true def of "hole-in-the-wall" experience - I mean their ceiling has dark yellow-y spots from water leakage. So yeah, I haven't seen the kitchen and probably don't want to lol.

We were in the area and decided to stop by to check out this place. Yelp has failed us this time. The pho was mediocre and service was okay. It took a while before the lady come out to take our order. Granted, the lady that works there is very personable and nice, however, there's better options out there, maybe not in Auburn and this may be your best bet. Pho was not hot enough to cook the bean sprout but lukewarm. Kind of pricey for a small bowl of pho. Almost look like it's a kids size at other establishment.
