Wonderful diner style breakfast- perfectly cooked eggs and crispy hash browns + a delicious pancake and sausage. Food was slow to come out, but worth the wait. Will be back.

As a child, in the late 70s, I remember my mother bringing me to the Rainbow Cafe to eat. One of our friends, Johnny Giggis, was the cook back then. My fiance and I still eat there today. The food is still as good as it always was and not overpriced and has a wonderful atmosphere. The staff is very friendly. I'm happy to see that the Rainbow Cafe is still going strong. There are not many of the good old restaurants left in Auburn, Washington. Auburn has changed a lot and it certainly hasn't been for the better. I Highly Recommend the Rainbow Cafe to all who love great food‼️

The food was good I’ll give them that. The service was…no so great. The atmosphere in that place is off, the server that we had was rude and seemed uninterested. The whole time dining there, my sister and I felt SUPER uncomfortable. I saw another review saying the diner is “50’s style”, because it’s just never been updated, I would say the attitudes of the people we encountered in there towards POC, fits the “50’s” style as well. We will never be dining here again and I will not be recommending this place to anyone that’s not napkin colored.

Took my soon to be wife here for the first time myself and the food is fantastic. Your perfect no nonsense American breakfast diner with the menu that hits and never misses with some nice twists like Eggs Benedict with crabParking: It's in the back and most people seem to park slightly away not knowing the cafe is accessible from both the street and inner parking lot rearWheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp in the hallway from the front bar to the diner in the rear. It's all steps free and level with the sidewalk
