Caramel Frappuccino was not made very good.I get these all the time & there was hardly any caramel in it.I have had them at this location before & it was never made like this one was.

If I could leave negative stars for this review, I would. The manager on Sunday, October 1st (around noon) was so rude to my husband and I that I will NEVER go to this location again. We live in the Lakeland Hills neighborhood and have been customers at this Starbucks since it opened. We have always enjoyed coming here until this weekend. We have never been treated with such incompetence, arrogance and rude behavior. Whomever the male manager was that was working on this day needs a good lesson in customer service and courtesy. Guess they don't value their repeat customers, as they just lost two.

I usually use the Starbucks by the taco time but since this location is close to me I didn’t feel like I wanted to go to the other one well , I ordered the same drink and every time they make it weird or something plus I asked for light ice and they give me almost half of the cup, this is very irritating!

Ordered a drink I’ve ordered for years, at the window I get it and it’s a venti that is filled a quarter of the way, I asked nicely if indeed what they gave me is what I ordered, he responded yep that is how it’s made, I replied weird I have ordered this for years and first time I have got it like this, didn’t offer to fix it and his reply is “well maybe you said it differently in the past” I said no, he said oh well, I was blown away by the disrespect and terrible customer service from David, I just replied thanks David and drove off, that was after I tipped BEFORE I got my drink, won’t be back

I went to Starbucks as normal before work at the Lakeland auburn Starbucks. Today Bella was my cashier and she was not friendly and was rude. She took my order over the intercom did not say the starbuck welcome verbiage and rushed me to order. I did ask for fruit and egg box and requested to please look at the fruit to make sure it's not wilted prior to me purchasing. When I got to the window she gave me the fruit box and said look at this to make sure it's good. I did and stated can I please get a different one due to the apples being rotten and she then snatched it out my hand. This was uncalled for, she gave me another one and stated "this is as good as I can do!". I was offended and asked her, "how is your morning going, I feel you being rude and short and it's uncalled for". I did make a comment and state to my sister who was on the phone " when receiving such poor attitude first thing in the morning, it doesn't feel good, especially if i dont deserve it, it can cause for your entire day to be off and I hope mines isn't ruined now.My advice is Bella needs to work on her customer service and how to treat customers, its not OK to receive poor service and attitude when I am spending my money and supporting a business

Great customer service, quick in and out, the food always to the perfect temperature & shape, the ambiance is lovely. The place always clean. The staff are so friendly. Bella just made my day with her beautiful latte art.

Ordered hot chocolate, it was more like hot water. Dude at window was kinda dull compared to other places, no thank u, no have a great night... weird.

The Starbucks in Lakeland Hills is great. Friendly staff and fast service. Even awarded the best of Auburn. The only downside is the pickup window line can block the parking lot.

Loved my iced chai tea latte and the puppuccino's for my dogs. ? Always fun watching them enjoy and devour. ?Not as much fun, cleaning their faces.

Usually they are pretty good about having my drink on time. I do mobile orders. I don't like that when I'm going through drive through they claim they need to "check on my order before sending me around". Like, where else am I going to go I'm already in line. Secondly, I allow 15 minutes for them to make my order of one drink. And twice now they claim that I'm not allowing them enough time to make the order. Although at the box I still have 6 more cars in front of me.....not only that, it's just rude. From now on I'll give them only 2 minutes to make my order and just order at the speaker box and be rude back ?. Or I'll go elsewhere that never complains about mobile orders!

They consistently mess up orders in the morning and burn my breakfast sandwiches. It’s too much going on for them in the morning. The drive thru design is terrible. I’ve lived here for 15 years and the relocated Starbucks has never been so consistently bad.

Every few times I’ve went there ordered coffee they’ve always messed it up, they’ve always forget some ingredients in it like the whip cream, caramel crunch, putting regular milk instead of soy milk. Very nonchalant and not caring.
