Employees don’t listen to instructions and give massive attitude. Thrown together food, and it tasted… off. Subway died a long time ago, save yourself some money and go get a better sandwich at Jersey Mikes or JJs. It’s cheaper anyway

Went there today. They don't honor coupons.Called Subway's headquarter. They say they know coupons are not being honored in the Greater Seattle area, but they send out their coupons in national scale, therefore they are unable to resolve the issue of coupons not being honored and don't intent to fix this issue.

I ordered a double meat steak and cheese footlobg sub. I paid $17 for the sandwich. I expected a significant more amount of meat than what I received. I understand that we are experiencing inflation right now, but the quality of the product should not be so poor. I have had subs from here before and was not this disappointed. Unfortunately, I won't be back.

This is our favorite Subway. The young gal, I think her name is Morgan, is always friendly, upbeat and she knows her Subway Stuff. She consistently has a clean and organized prep/sandwich table. I’ve also noticed their veggies are always fresh and colorful at this location. She’s an asset to that establishment. My son and daughter love Subway…. so we’ll definitely be back.

server was chinchy on the portions refused to fill salad bowl claiming the lid won't go on, had a bit of a snappy attitude, won't be going back there when there's lots of other places in the area to eat.

July 4th online order went thru, and I went there to pick up when the app said order ready. Surprised with store closed and no one answer the phone. They still charged my credit card like scam. Beware of subway app not professional at all. I contact subway and was told to go there again for refund. Why do I have to go there twice for nothing.

I went in this evening to the Subway store around 6 PM. When the man approached me about making a sandwich, he had his mask down below his nose. I commented that I did not want him making my sandwich with his nose not covered and he told me to get the hell out of his store. There was a lady beside him wearing her mask correctly. I asked if she could make my sandwich. He went ballistic, calling me all kinds of names and shouting to get the hell out of his store. Since I have all three vaccine shots, I usually do not care if someone is wearing their masks or not or if they are wearing them correctly. I do care when they are preparing food that is not going to be cooked. Customers should not be denied service because someone does not want to follow the covid rules

I asked if I could get the steak sandwich as a wrap. You're charged the footlong price which is fine, except I was given 2 small triangles of cheese, 3 slices of tomato, about 6 pieces of sliced onion and maybe 5 or 6 banana peppers. It was a miserable tiny pile of vegetables. So I went ahead and asked them to add spinach & got a big handful, which I did not originally even want. What a total ripoff!!
