The lady that either manages or owns the place "Indian" I only say that because I don't know her name! She's always really rude! She doesn't greet the customers and she isn't friendly or welcoming! If you have a coupon, she immediately expresses her irritation! Don't offer the damn coupon if you don't want people using them! I won't be going back in there again! Do better lady!

The customer service is just garbage you can’t understand them. They can’t understand you then when you asked for a reasonable amount A food to be placed on your sandwich they look at you like you’re crazy the whole time I was in there I didn’t see that one person crack a smile to greet me. I said hi to one of the people there he ignored me, walked back to the back where he just came from and it’s like this every time and I’ve been out here for the last four years are gonna get some upgraded service then when asked hey are you guys hiring it’s simply no people that work there you figure they would know a little bit more information. They are the ones that work there every day they would know if they need extra people on shift but when I asked, I got that vibe like she wouldn’t hire me even if she could, maybe it’s because I don’t speak Spanish, I don’t know

will make your sandwich without ingredients if you make an online order and they dont have the ingredients that the website states they should have. Of course complaining to subway corporate, or to this location results in them making anything right. So I guess if you order here expect to not get what you ordered, and then expect to get ripped off after the fact because you get less than what you pay for.

Called Subway's headquarter. They say they know coupons are not being honored in the Greater Seattle area, but they send out their coupons in national scale, therefore they are unable to resolve the issue of coupons not being honored and don't intent to fix this issue.

Horrible!! Tomato's were green, barely any meat, forgot to put my cheese on. And older sandwich artist (?) was very rude! They just don't have variety of condiment options like they used to. What happened to sprouts and peppercinis??? What's the deal Subway??? Gone downhill bad!!!! And what about that nasty looking processed ham?? No thank you!!!
