The food have good flavor and the portions are very generous. We order 2 bento boxes, and 1 katsu chicken with extra meet and I pay $76 dollars. They did not gave the extra meet and when I ask for this they bring it but at the end they want charge more money. We also arrive at 8:30 and they close at 9:00 and exactly at this time they kicked us out! But want the extra money first. In general, I think the food is good, expensive and their service sucks.I will prefer jeep going to my usual place at Leah hill in Auburn as ir is better in all. Ringo Wok Teriyaki is better, so much better!

We ordered the family meal deal. The noodles tasted like bad top ramen, we barely got any teriyaki chicken, the rice was super dry, and the salad was simply just torn up lettuce. The almond chicken and beef broccoli were riddled with chestnuts. More chesnuts than there were meat and swimming in a sea of watery sauce. We are a family of 5 and for $70 we thought we would get more for the money we spent. We won't be returning.

My mom ordered chicken yakisoba, I ordered general Tso’s chicken. The first time we ordered here our meals took 25 mins to make. Today it was made in 10 mins, okay… I get home and take a bite of my general Tso chicken. I immediately had to get a napkin and spit it out. The chicken tasted weird and mushy. I’m not one to waste food but I had to throw the whole meal in the trash. I even tried putting it in the oven for 25 more minutes but I just couldn’t force myself to eat it. After my experience I read reviews saying their food quality has gone down over the years, roaches and gloves being found in meals which is absurd. This is my second, and last time coming here.

Best Teriyaki in western Washington, the chicken breast is juicy and gilled to perfection never dry, the sauce is robust and not runny, 10/10 wont eat Teriyaki from anywhere else anymore the only negative is a very small parking lot that has limited access during high traffic

I went there for lunch on 01/19/2024 and I was in the middle of enjoying my meal when I take another bite of the salad and I notice a cockroach ?? I was disgusted! I was in shock therefore I couldn’t take a picture. Never coming back here again!

The food is incredible and the staff are so friendly!!! I love the chicken teriyaki, the honey sesame chicken, the yakisoba..... everything lol!!!
Working temporarily in Auburn.. Decided to try Teriyaki... Very disappointed in the food.. ordered pork fried rice..carrots were soggy.. didn't know that could happen.. rice had no flavor.. the pork wasn't pork it was bite size thin cut beef that was like shoe leather . My wife ordered honey chicken. She took one bite and spit it out. She said the chicken was stringy and also had no flavor..The chicken pieces were the size of 3 bites and hardly had any sauce on them. We also ordered egg rolls and they were barely warm and soggy as well .Was not worth the money... Would not give this meal 1 star....
