Baby loves the Puppuccinos!!It would be nice if they had an outside area to sit and enjoy your treats on a nice day. Most of the Baristas are upbeat and nice to chat with.

If i was you i would not waste my time and my money on this filthy place. I have to say, it was a major letdown. Not only were the drinks overpriced, but the customer service was absolutely terrible. The staff actually cussed me out, which is completely unacceptable.Rude and unprofessional behavior is definitely not what you expect when you visit a coffee place. You can’t teach a old dog a new trick, so when the management sees the reviews nothing will change. The solution is to fire them all and hire new people. Once they’re hired, they need to through a 6-weeks long customer service training coursesWhat i wrote might sound harsh. Don’t get me wrong, not all the locations are bad. Im not asking for much just a nice decent cup of coffee and smile maybe once in awhile

There was this specific barista on 12/15/2023 at 3:20pm that had a very nasty attitude, very unprofessional with very poor customer service that doesn’t know how to communicate at all. She cussed me out and mind you I’m a loyalty member. I just asked why she was more charging more than the other locations, her answer was I don’t care about what the other locations charge you and to stop nagging and basically saying to never dare come there again.I'm very disappointed.She made me uncomfortable and never again.Please take your money somewhere else.

i go there every single day and i also know the prices. Today i had a disappointing experience. The prices were quite high for what they offered, and to make matters worse, the customer service was rude and unfriendly. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to enjoying a nice cup of coffee. I hope they can improve their prices and customer service in the future.

Please AVOID this location at all cost!!!I recently had a disappointing experience at this Big Foot Location in auburn, not only did they overcharge me for the same drink that i buy every single day, but the employees were also exceptionally disrespectful and very incompetent. The combination of high prices and poor service left me with a negative impression overall.Please stay away! And take your money to a different location. Always check the price of the drinks on their website before you pay.I made sure to send an email to corporate!

This is one of the only establishments for coffee that has a lot of sugar free syrup and a lot of alternative bases and white coffee what's the white coffee is not as acidic as black coffee. Also the girls that work there are very sweet and listen to what and have no problems remaking it didn't make it wrong usually I let him know before they mess up I don't usually have to tell the girls that usually work but the new people and not cuz little bit more more patience. ?Dietary restrictions: I cannot have a lot of sugar and also I cannot have dairy

No signs that say no cash. Paid in exact change. Wouldn't accept wanted me to load a gift card to pay. Told them idc and just do it after I don't need a gift card. The most complicated hang on, I'm not the idiot here situations. Can't accept cash but I can buy a gift card with cash? That just seems wasteful.
