Choose other milk tea stores that have better customer service!!This store used to have my favorite milk tea. However, after this experience, I won’t be the customer anymore.Order a $7 brown sugar black tea latte, and the cashier literally repeated my order items, but input the wrong item.Very obvious that I didn't receive what I wanted. I went to the cashier and asked if I could get a new one. However, the staff and the manager said the store policy is they cannot remake any drinks and it is MY responsibility since I didn't read and confirm whether the order was correct???The store also refused to refund me even though I returned the drink to the counter. ?Very ridiculous experience with the not well-trained staff.

To mgmt: waited 20~30 mins with only 2 customers ahead. Most of the time the cashier is multitasking. While I have no complains of the cashier as she worked very hard, Have you thought about getting those ordering machines (like the rest of bubble tea shop does) so that customers could self serve then you would be freeing up the time of the cashier?

Terrible service here. Took over 20 mins to get my drink. It seems online orders took priority and even then they skipped my order. I was #52 and they served FIVE other orders who cane in after me before I got my one small simpke drink. The tea was fine, but 100% not worth the service/wait and price.

We needed a little mid afternoon caffeine kick on our drive out of Seattle so we decided on this spot because it's near the freeway and they have online ordering. Selection - they have a very basic selection of boba teas and options. I'm lactose intolerant and decided to get their lemon black tea with boba and grass jelly. Service was friendly and they had our drinks ready upon arrival. The space of the cafe is really cute and clean which I appreciate it! Boba - I got my lemon black tea at 50% sugar and it was just right. Not overly sweet and very refreshing. My only downside was that I kept getting lemon seeds in my mouth, but at least they used fresh lemon. The boba was decent, not the best or worst I've had. The grass jelly though was just ok....the texture was a little weird from the usual.

Boba - for more of a chain type of place the boba here was pretty good. The boba itself wasn't too chewy or squishy. We had milk tea and it was good in flavor, though it felt sweeter than 50%. Service - we did take out and they had it ready promptly and packaged nicely. Ambiance - it's a small but modern space and was clean and fun. Overall, it was good enough that I'd come back if I was in the area, though I might try other places first.

We dropped by for milk tea, and we absolutely love this place! Personally, I prefer my taro drink with no sweetener, and my nieces also enjoy their drinks here. The service is friendly, the place is clean, and considering the location, the prices are reasonable. You should definitely check them out!

Well, thankfully we have an answer. Some of the richest brewed tea in a boba tea that I have ever had, which is a very good thing. Especially if you're a tee head. You know what I'm talking about and they're boba pearls are so rich and sweet and have full flavor they're not playing or too chewy absolutely perfect and they let you make your drink however you want unlike share tea.... Highly highly recommend. One more thing, you guys need to open more shops though another areas please,I live in Burien FYI lol ?❤️

I wanted some boba and saw that CoCo was pretty close to me so I decided to give this a try. It's located in Bellevue and when I got there, there is no dedicated parking area. I had to circle around the block a few times to finally get a street parking. When I got into the store, there were plenty of seats available. There were many options on the menu and I had a hard time deciding between their brown sugar milk tea series, taro milk tea, or just go with the basic milk tea. I ended up ordering a large pearl milk tea and the order came out pretty quick. I like how it has a very milky taste to it. I actually liked it a lot even though it sounded so basic. I would definitely try to come back for the other drinks if it wasn't for the parking situation.

After grabbing lunch nearby with a group of friends, we debated on if we wanted to grab something sweet like boba afterwards. CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice was about a 15 minute or so walk from where we were, so we ventured off to get some boba! This part of Bellevue is pretty busy, so if you can walk from wherever you are coming from, that would be the best way to go about it. There is parking nearby, but no destinated spots for this shop. It was late Saturday afternoon and it was busy inside this small boba shop. They do have a few seating areas and public bathrooms (need a key from staff). It was loud in there as well, so when the cashier was repeating my order back to me it was hard to hear. Luckily, I could see the screen and everything looked correct. All our drinks came out with no issues as well! Overall, a pretty solid place to grab boba from!
