The customer service is not there.. they just stood there talking when we came in didn’t even acknowledge that we walked in. Definitely seemed like neither of them wanted to be there. Then laughed and seemed like they was trying to assume what we was ordering or something idk. It was extremely strange and I didn’t appreciate how they acted. I came in at 3 pm and it was a guy and I think a girl (not sure if it was a male) that was working.

The worst ever..The guys from there lied me..I told them to give me a burrito with chicken and fries and they said ok, but I have to pay extra for thoseI payd for both and when I opened the burrito in the car, surprise, no fries and chicken just a little bit a the bottom of burrito.. I was so mad cuz they charged me $6 extra for those which I didn t have it.

My least favorite location. The owner, who identified themselves seems to work lunchtime and is stingy with ingredients, especially noticed when order a bowl. I'm comparing this to other locations that prepare items to imulate more like the advertising. These are mostly veggies for gosh sakes! The owner in Woodinville says they strive to make that so. I would suggest frequenting that location to receive the full Freshii experience. The food quality is great, service is fast and the location is convenient. FOLLOW ME for more thoughtful recommendations as I travel the world ?

Overall menu is good! As others have stated the service is a real problem and a single item took 30 mins to make :( The kitchen area is way too small for employees to operate effectively and I think they should limit online orders because the staff is definitely overwhelmed.

Friendly and quick service. I had the tex mex bowl with chicken. I expected something like Chipotle but it was quite a different flavor profile. Lots of sour cream and rice, and not a lot of chicken. It wasn't that flavorful. Overall I think I would rather have a Chipotle bowl. I had a strawberry banana smoothie and that was good. It tasted a lot simpler, fresher, and less sweet than the comparable one at Jamba Juice. I imagine it was healthier too. I would probably come back if I were craving a less sugary smoothie, but I would probably try a different entree.

Worst experience, we walked into what seemed like a pleasant store front just to be waiting for 3 tacos that took over 30 minutes to make. Which not to mention we’re over priced! Also not to mention the dasher who came 20 minutes after us took our order, and than we were given the incorrect order! Terrible service and to top it off the food was also terrible.

I was so surprised when someone on an iPad screen started taking my order. Seems strange they maybe can't hire enough people to actually staff the place. I ordered the tex mex burrito and you have to pay over $3 extra just to add chicken to it so the total was almost $15 for something I could have gotten at Chipotle for $10. Chipotle burrito would have been made much quicker and would have tasted better too. I waited 10 minutes for the girl working to make my burrito and I was the only customer there. They also forgot to give me the water I asked for twice. I give 2 stars simply because the burrito tastes alright. Still wish I went to Chipotle instead.

Why do you change the pricing on the app so often? $11 for some lettuce and vegetables now? I add a protein it’s +$3. Used to be included, then not, then it was, then not. The food is good, but it’s not $14+tax good. Seriously, who is setting the prices here?
My first time ordering but never regretted spending $12 for this 8oz 12oz bowl? . What a waste. Lemongrass w/o the lemon. It tasted sweet which is weird for lemongrass lol

Food is fresh and portions are appropriate. Order accuracy is an issue and they staple the bags so recommend opening to check your order before leaving.

Honestly, the grossest Cobb salad of my life. The lettuce conveniently located under corn and tomatoes when you pick it up. But when you dig in, the gross, brown wilted greens start to appear. The extra protein I got - chicken was inedible, smelling old and stale. The dressing smelled of old buttermilk, sour and moldy. No wonder there a was no line to this place, save your money and eat elsewhere. I couldn't eat it, threw the whole thing out.
