I had the seafood pasta and it was definitely not worth the price and they were out of scallops and didn't let me know prior, which is part of the pasta. The pasta was dry and had no flavor. I didn't want to get a replacement, since I already went back to the restaurant to get my salmon, since they didn't add the salmon as well. I'll never get food there again, but the guy that was serving was super nice and helpful in the end. Honestly, I couldn't stomach the food so I threw it away.

Very nice hotel. Great breakfast, nice pool area. Large lobby at check in with places to sit while you wait. Restaurant had good food if you don't want to go out looking for a place to eat. Nice outdoor patio area. Safe parking garage on site.

The stay was good. We used public transport from SeaTac. It was pretty easy to follow the directions on Google. It’s right off the freeway. Close to a bus hub as well. Just a bit to close to the freeway for my liking though. Breakfast was okay and the rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was great as always. They were at capacity when we got there and the front desk was a bit overwhelmed. We will stay here again when visiting that side of Washington. It was quite peaceful

I have been a long-time member of Hyatt and found out that all my awards earned were forfeited by Hyatt during Covid. This is disappointing as all of my other awards at other hotel groups have been rolled over. I texted the hotel on a request when I checked in this place. The request was not entertained nor replied. This is another disappointment.

This the the best place to stay if you will be in town for a while. I spent 89 nights there and it was great. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant is great and very inviting. I am surprised that more people didn’t eat there.

Nice hotel, clean, well maintained, well located for my purposes. Staff helpful and friendly. Pricey but considering Seatle's hotel landscape a good value. Front desk accommodated early check in. Breakfast was the only thing that could be improved on, but I told some one there weren't forks, resolved immediately. The staff was on their game.

Awesome staff, clean hotel room and swimming pool. Dog friendly, we stayed for one night and we will be back again in the future. Close by shpping malls and resturants, in a nice neighborhood. Nice for short walks around.

This was a nice, updated, clean hotel, reasonably priced for the Seattle area. Friendly staff. This was the first time I ever saw built-in Chromecasts for the TVs. What a great idea for traveling! Nice pool and hot tub, and the patio with fire pit was a nice touch. Convenient location for staying just outside downtown and easily accessible.

Hotel well located and good place to stay for short term travelers. For long term travelers, hotel is providing same breakfast for your stay. Absolutely no variation and quality or taste is not that much good which we can expect in hotel. Vegan customers are having very less options here only potato wedges poor quality.

Modern, clean hotel with lots of amenities. I stayed for one night in a King bedroom on the 3rd floor. Comfortable bed, great water flow in the shower, everything in the room worked properly. Included breakfast was well done. Parking garage gets you out of the rain while loading/unloading. A well designed hotel.
The condition of the hotel is a bit dated. The room is ADA but the lock of the bathroom is so hard to use to release/unlock. Very dangerous! The room is so small too and with the sofa bed when pulled out, can't access the window. too small not a lot of space to move around.

Hyatt House Seattle-Bellevue is located steps away from Eastgate Park & Ride / Bus Station so even if you don’t have a car you can take the bus to most places in the vicinity. There is also a highway bus stop up the street where you can take the express bus to downtown Seattle. The best thing about this hotel is the wonderful front desk staff. Thank you Oskana (sp?), Sherry , Stacey and the young man (I’m sorry I didn’t get your name) who along with Stacey helped me when my airport taxi failed to arrive. Btw the Yellow Cab you called got me to the airport on time ! The hotel offers a warm breakfast daily and the facilities I used , the fitness room and laundry were in good order . Just want to mention that there was no housekeeping on my last day (daily housekeeping is offered ) but perhaps there was some kind of misunderstanding. I was a bit surprised as housekeeping had been excellent throughout my weeklong stay. Anyway a big round of applause to the front desk! I will be back on my next visit to Bellevue !

Perfect accommodations for my business trip needs. Location is very accessible and did not have to deal with the traffic that can sometimes be overwhelming. Staff was very nice. My room was very clean and comfortable. Will stay again and highly recommend!

I have been to this hotel ample times. This time experience is terrible. The room looks fine just like the old time after 3 years of COVID. The nightmare started on day 2. I have misplaced my apple pencil. I was looking up and down in the room to search for it, behind and under the beds, sofa, desk, and so on. Before I found my apple pencil, I found out the room is totally unclean. There are used utensils, food, water bottle, garbage and some unknown items under the bed, behind the bed, and under the sofa. I report this to the front desk and she passed on the contact of Cheri the Director Guest Service to me and told me she is overall in charge of that. I have sent an email on the same night spelling out the issues with all the photos taken. I also mentioned my number in the email and at the front desk and would like to receive a return call, no response. I have been told by the front desk that Cheri will only come in the afternoon. In the afternoon, I only received an email from Cheri that will forward my email to housekeeping. Huh! Subsequently, I received an email from Myrna, the Manager of Housekeeping apologizing for the room matter. After that night, I felt so uneasy and I feel itchy all over as if I was staying in the garbage dump for 2 nights. I could not sleep on the 2nd night at all and checked out early despite my flight being a later hour. I rather lay around the airport than stay in that dirty room. Also, I would like to remind all fellow guests, not to hide the rubbish in such places. Housekeeping might not find it and the room will remain dirty. Stay as comfortable as your home and treat your room like your home too! Of course, I don't know if housekeeping staff, not specific for this case, they just sweep the garbage under.

Upscale, fresh and modern hotel with amenities that make you feel like a guest at home. Restaurant and Chef’s menu was fantastic. For pets, great green space outside and clean grounds, landscaping. Plenty of parking and easy access off, on to freeway, roads.
