Best jiaozi in Seattle area! One start off is for the dining environment. It's clean but nothing specifically enjoyable. Baozi are good too. I like the skin very much! Typically northern Chinese style! But the fillings can be bit larger.

5 stars for the food. Incredibly good, and very authentic dumplings and baozi. 1 star for cleanliness and service. I feel bad for the owners, because I think they're trying, but they just don't understand some basic things about running a restaurant. Walking through the entrance, the first thing one sees is a cluttered corner of boxes and random piles. The bathrooms are disgusting. I don't think the men's bathroom has ever been cleaned. This is the place we go for dumplings - actually, we get bags of frozen dumplings and steam them at home ... and Little Ting's is fabulous. I always have to ask them to label the bags in English (they make them there, and label them in Chinese). Having spent a lot of time in China, these are authentic but with high quality ingredients. A great combination. We particularly like the pork & shrimp, and pork & fennel dumplings, though we always get the pork & napa cabbage as well....read full review
