Best jiaozi in Seattle area! One start off is for the dining environment. It's clean but nothing specifically enjoyable. Baozi are good too. I like the skin very much! Typically northern Chinese style! But the fillings can be bit larger.

We have mixed results from this store. I think the clay pots are fine, although the soup base appears to be blatant, it is consumable. Our problem is with the dumplings, we found raw meat in the dumpling due to insufficient cooking. Plus, the meat they used in the dumpling appears to be of low quality, with some smelly odor. It leaves a lot to be desired. The frozen dumpling you purchased in asian super market or app are of much high quality in terms of ingredients.

5 stars for the food. Incredibly good, and very authentic dumplings and baozi. 1 star for cleanliness and service. I feel bad for the owners, because I think they're trying, but they just don't understand some basic things about running a restaurant. Walking through the entrance, the first thing one sees is a cluttered corner of boxes and random piles. The bathrooms are disgusting. I don't think the men's bathroom has ever been cleaned. The floor is wet with stale urine. As a key indicator of an owner's attention to general sanitation and the customer experience, this is a major fail. The server is kind, but young and clueless - as when serving spoons and side plates are required, or when clearing a table, the table must be thoroughly wiped clean, not just dabbed with a previous customer napkin. I guess I'm glad I don't have to wonder about returning, because I don't live in Seattle, because the food certainly merits a return. The rest, though, makes me cringe a little. I hope the owners pay attention to these customer experience details as much as they do the food. If they do, they deserve tremendous success.

The stars were taken away because of the concern of hygiene. I really want to love this place because they do have good food. Probably the best dumplings in eastside. However during our last two visits, they seems to be short-staffed. Many tables are done but dishes are still scattered. And I noticed some of the chairs are dirty, and we have a piece of green onion in our water. AND... the staff in the kitchen didn't wear masks!! The pandemic is not over yet...!! I really want to go back for more dumplings, but maybe not until there's some change.

This is the place we go for dumplings - actually, we get bags of frozen dumplings and steam them at home ... and Little Ting's is fabulous. I always have to ask them to label the bags in English (they make them there, and label them in Chinese). Having spent a lot of time in China, these are authentic but with high quality ingredients. A great combination. We particularly like the pork & shrimp, and pork & fennel dumplings, though we always get the pork & napa cabbage as well. They do serve hot food to go ... and that's popular. Don't let the little out-of-the way shopping center deter you, these dumplings are great. They also have an associated restaurant on Greenwood Avenue N in Seattle (or Shoreline?), but during COVID-19, Bellevue has been open, while the Seattle restaurant has had very limited hours and selection -- So until they're back, consider the Bellevue store.

The last couple of times we ordered take out here, they either said they never received our online order, or missed an item and made us wait when we got there. The portion of their clay pots has been shrinking, too. The seafood pot used to come with several meatballs which contained fish roe. Last year they started to replace them with plain white fish balls. When we ordered again recently, they included even fewer fish balls, and cut them up in halves. The change in portion size is too obvious.

Really bad service. Floor, table, cup and restroom are all dirty. The waitress cannot remember whether you ordered or not, what you ordered. He forget to bring water and fork/ chopsticks to guests. Want I observed is a common issue for all the guests. Here what you could have is to wait wait and wait. This is the place provides the worst service.

Not a first time happening, but yes, their takeout portion is getting smaller. And I ordered a beef noodle soup today, guess what? There's no beef in the noodle soup AT ALL, how ridiculous?!?! And even asked, if I pay with cash can save 10% which is the sales tax.

Why can't you have negative stars ?Took , FOREVER, They "ran out of flour" and gave us no choice but to change half our order, and when told it would be 5 more min. , 5 min later the girl working the front is across the parking lot having a smoke with a friend , while customers milk in and out waiting for there orders. I have no idea if the food is any good, an hour later , we are still waiting .

Second time we found a bug in the meal... last time we found a bug in lamb soup then we never went there for a year.. this time we ordered it again and we thought during winter it might be fine, but found a bug in the meal again.. it was just too disgusting!!! And it's same type of bug also.. I can't imagine how bad the sanitary condition is..

Just stop by and wanted to order some food. No one approached me whatsoever and when I asked a lady who was playing on her phone if I can make an order she replied: what? What do you want? I don't think that is how you should greet your customer or ask for the order . I left immediately and didn't order anything. First impression is everything . Unfortunately this place isn't getting any good review until they Learn how to talk to their customers.

Their frozen dumplings and buns are much better than what I can make. :D A package of dumplings is about 50 dumplings. Language barrier may be in issue if you're phoning in an order, but coming in to point at the menu will work great. I'd love to try their clay pots and other foods when restaurants re-open. I know I can order out, but for now, I am very happy to buy frozen dumplings and cook them whenever. FYI - they don't provide heating instructions. So ask your ancestors to help you out. I think they are pretty popular, and they will sell out of baos and xlbs on weekends. So if you know Mandarin, phone up and ask if they have the goods you want before you go. Excited to try everything in-person!
