The music is WAAAY TOO LOUD and it caters to a single (early twenty-something) generation... It reminds me of a disco. This is NOT a relaxing experience like it would be at the Nordstrom Cafe in Tukwila, South Center. Ugh..

Worst service ever! Happened to stop on a Friday during the holidays and stood in a very long line because they only had 1 cashier taking orders. She was completely incompetent and did not know how to operate the pos. Restaurant management at its worst.

My family has eaten in this 3rd floor cafe for years. On this recent visit the restaurant has had some updating, more tables added and more cozy booths. You no longer have to order and cary your drinks and silverware to a table. Now you order and everything is brought to your table by waitstaff. After our food was served we were not checked on again. No water refills. Our food was delicious. We cleaned our plates.

Wow! Had a green goddess salad with roasted cauliflower at the Marketplace Cafe and was blown away. Delicious, hearty, healthy. Atmosphere is nothing special, but I do like how the service works. Order and pay then sit and the food comes when ready. Just walk away when you are done.

It looks more like a glorified cafeteria and the food to matchThe soup was room, temperature, and the pasta under season and flavor less. The meatballs, what the definition of BLAND.Which is so sad because this used to be a convenient and consistently above average place

Foods are ok. The desserts and the clam chowder taste better than the entrees. The salmon was a bit too dry. The steak was ok, it wasn't good but it wasn't bad.

what I ate was penne bolo and meatball, it was disgusting, that food, a lot of acid and tasteless I prefer, stay hungry, before spending my money on something so unpleasant for my palate, and I waited too long, and the young women working in customer service They are in their world, the least they do is give a good service

I was not happy with the quality of food. I usually eat at Lynwood Nordstrom's and the food is always fresh and I love that place. I ordered turkey sandwich with butternut squash soup. The letters were brown and the soup was cold. I have eaten there before and the place has not been up to the par, but I thought to give it another chance. Come on, Nordstrom. Where is the expected quality? Especially in Bellevue. You have to change. I sure hope so.
