Rice Noodles straight from Yunan 14220 NE 20th St suite a&b, Bellevue, WA*@nannoodle_bellevue is a small business in Bellevue that specializes in rice noodle soups . Their rice noodles are very special because they ship them all the way from Yunan in China to provide a more authentic texture and taste that you can't buy in local stores here. The rice noodles are then paired with different soups and toppings that starts with a soup broth made of pork bones, pork loin, spare ribs and about 30 whole chickens. The broth truly is delicious - hearty yet light, savory and umami. *Here's what we ordered: House Chili Oil Chicken Wontons in Well-Seasoned Chili Sauce (Dry) Traditional Crossing-the-Bridge Rice Noodles Small Pot Rice Noodles w/ an added Egg*Everything was super delicious and reminded Sam of his time eating these dishes with his mom - these styles of noodles are her favorite . The House Chili Oil Chicken reminds more of a sesame chicken but the sauce is super addicting and delicious, we took the rest home and dipped dumplings and mixed noodles with it . We loved the wontons because the filling was nicely flavored and the wrappers were the perfect q texture; not to mention, the dry seasoning on it was so addicting ! Between the two rice noodle pots, our favorite was the Crossing-the-Bridge because of how clean and flavorful the broth was a you can really tell how much love went into the broth and it was so good we drank it even without the noodles .*@nannoodle_bellevue shares a space with @mogetee_seattle so after you get your savory from the noodle soups and appetizers, you can get your sweet from their fruit teas and boba drinks . We definitely will be coming back as it's the perfect place to warm our stomachs during this rainy and cold season! Go check out @nannoodle_bellevue when you're on the east side and are craving something warm and comforting !*#chopsticksnboots

Came here alone after getting my nails done up the block at Tranquility! It is in a shared space with the juicery, Möge Tee. I ordered N4 braised pork rice noodle and W3 wontons in soup. This was a lot of food for one person! The rice noodle soup was filled with pork! The noodles were slippery and fun to slurp! The star anise, and other spices were abundant. The wontons were refreshing, and piping hot throughout my meal. The gentleman serving was not attentive, and slow. The food was taking longer than I expected but he never made rounds to provide an update. He dropped my food off and after he left I realized I didn't have any napkins. The table next to me didn't have any, and I had to track him down to get them. I'm slurping saucy red noodles, napkins should be readily available. My water glass went empty and I had to eye stalk him. I ended up closing out at that time because I already knew by the time I was done and ready to go, I wouldn't be able to find him. Btw this place wasn't busy. There were a lot of tables filled but I came to realize they were all waiting for a drink at Moge Tee! There was one woman working and about 8 people sitting, waiting on drinks. Very popular, but I did not try it. If you're a solo diner like myself, this was a fun place to people watch.

Major yikes. This restaurant would otherwise get a solid 5 star review because I find their tomato-crossing-the-bridge rice noodle dish to be absolutely delicious, however yesterday afternoon changed my mind. We ordered spicy beef rice noodles, TCTB, chicken wings and gyozas. Everything was cooked well and tasted delicious... until the gyozas. They arrived well after we were mostly done with our meal, and I thought nothing of it at first until I noticed the texture and color seemed off. I ate 3 and took the rest home. It bothered me for a while, so I opened the leftovers a few hours later and closely inspected the filling. It was overwhelmingly undercooked. The pork was practically raw. Some might argue that even cooked pork can have a pink hue... no, this was raw. Some of the protein was cooked, some very obviously not with the texture you'd expect from slimy pork mince. The irony of the QR Code sticker at the tables warning about tossing your meat ASAP into your soup to make sure it's cooked thoroughly is not lost on me. Really disappointed, and most likely won't be returning. It's been about 30 hours since I ate the food, and so far I feel fine which is why I'm not giving it 1 star.

I thought we lost the GOAT crossing bridge noodle in Bellevue but this replacement is as good as PAVO if not better. Food: Beef noodle soup: best beef noodle soup base in Bellevue. I got the original without the extra chilli oil and it was perfect level of spicy and beef soup taste. They gave you a decent amount of braised beef. Not too much but not too little. For $15 in Bellevue is a pretty good price range. I seen noodle place charge more than $18.We also got their new pork tomato with pea leaf noodle soup. It's very good too. It has the cross bridge noodle soup base but the tomato and pea leaf gives it a slight different taste to the soup. My wife and kid were able to share one bowl of noodle.Service: they only had two server and they constantly was checking on us and how my kid was doing with the food. Friendly service and gave us some suggestion to their menu.

If you’ve ever been to Chong Qing, China. You will know the xiao mian they sell at this place isn’t xiao main at all. It just a bowl of mushy noodles with chili water. Don’t waste your money and time coming to this place.

The food was ok, but the dishes came relatively quickly. The prices were also pretty fair. Overall, I think it's a pretty good place for your everyday meal.

I went to try Nan Noodles today because I saw a friend recently try this place out and hype it up. However, I wasn't really impressed unfortunately :( We came at 2:30pm and didn't know that they close at 3pm and reopen at 4:30pm. Nan noodle is located on a busy street, but luckily they're located in a plaza with plenty of parking. Upon entering, I was impressed by the abundance of seating and bright interior. It looked like it was newly renovated and everything was super clean. We were seated right away and there was only one other person there. There was a server who was super nice and guided us to order online through a QR code. I got the traditional crossing the bridge noodle and my boyfriend got the golden beef version. The traditional crossing the bridge noodle had a box of raw ingredients that you'd add into pipping hot broth with a side of noodles. However, the golden beef version had everything cooked with noodles on the side. The presentation was really beautiful! However, I wasn't super impressed by anything. The raw ingredients were fresh and the broth was pretty good, but it didn't have the wow factor I was expecting coming into the restaurant. I think that it could have been deeper in flavor and it was missing something. The golden beef was good and tasted almost like a curry, but still not impressive. I was really underwhelmed by the noodles. It was over cooked and lacked a bouncy texture. I thought it would be more special (e.g. thicker or hand pulled) but it tasted similar to bun bo hue noodles (if anyone is familiar). We also got the spicy wonton in chili sauce which was only okay also. The prices were good relative to size. We paid $47 for everything and had leftovers. However, as a whole, I would not make the drive again to this place in Bellevue :(

Ordered intestine noodles, tomato rice noodles, classic rice noodles, fries appetizer, and small pot spicy noodles. Small pot noodles were average. But the 2 nonspicy noodles I ordered were fantastic. Possibly the best noodles I've had this year. This would be a 4.5 star restaurant in NYC. The tomato soup rice noodles were a hit with all the kids. Fries were perfection and ended up being my favorite dish here.

One of our favorite restaurants. I really wish I knew if they were planning on bringing back the golden soup noodle or any of the other yunnan rice noodle pots, since that is what we come here for. We would come much more often if they brought it back

I've driven by this place nestled in a strip mall so many times and wished I had found it sooner. The Signature brbeef noodle soup was awesome! It has tender chunks of braised beef shank and tendons and the north (get the spicy or the original if you're less inclined to kick it up a notch. We also got the Szechuan spicy noodle with diced pork in a spicy chili oil sauce in a pork bone soup. We also got the spicy chili oil won tons too. We felt 80pct full so got a side order of noodles for just $2.50 and satisfied our leftover hunger. They have a pretty expansive menu so I'll definitely be back for more!

We were attracted to Nan Noodles for their crossing the bridge noodle soup. We tried that, and their braised beef noodle soup, they were both very good. We were impressed with the noodle, the soup, and the flavor. The spicy wonton, on the other hand, was a disappointment, we wouldn't get that again. The size of the braised beef noodle was also on the small side, would love a bigger bowl since the flavor was outstanding. Overrall, we think this is a good experience and would go back if we are in the area.

Spicy crossing bridge noodle has been removed from their menu after reopening. The regular version is not as good. Also quite pricey for soup noodles.

Will never go back tbh. I've been trying to come here for the past couple months after having an amazing experience and meal at Ten Seconds and boy was it so disappointing. I actually thought it was a new restaurant, not just renamed from Pavo.I'm a huge soup fan, so naturally I got the signature crossing the bridge noodles. This came with a massive bowl of hot soup which was actually extremely oily and a little sour (not in a way it should be, but a slightly spoiled kind of sour). The toppings came in a cute little box, but don't let that fool you. They were not fresh at all and the noodles had an awful awful smell to them as well before we added it to the soup. Not only did I feel not good after barely even eating half of the bowl, but I also ended up getting a couple huge bug bites in the restaurant :( Will not be going back, but I do highly highly recommend Ten Seconds if you're craving some good Yunan noodles!

I went here to try out their noodles - they have the aesthetic crossing-the-bridge rice noodles, but I opted for the Szechuan braised beef noodles in chili oil as I was craving more of the spiciness (and I have tried the crossing-the-bridge rice noodles somewhere else and the premium you pay is mostly on presentation). The braised beef noodles were decent - I really enjoy the braised beef and the chili oil, but not so much the noodles themselves. The noodles were thin noodles which is fine, but they were on the slightly overcooked side - requesting noodle texture would be preferred, and I'd imagine the noodles will be a bit too soft if you did takeout (unless they factored that in). Service is good as water refills are present, which is helpful for the dish I ordered (spicy). But, the dish was not as spicy as I thought which is a plus, as I like spicy but not too spicy.Bonus is that this place shares space with Moge Tee so I was able to buy and bring in boba from there, and it seems like you can order Moge Tee drinks in the table QR code as well!
