Pinkabella Cupcakes

$4.50 for a cupcake seems a little ridiculous until you actually taste one. As someone who's tried a lot of bakeries and dedicated cupcake places, Pinkabella's are some of the best cupcakes I've ever had. And compared to some of the other sweet treat options in the Bellevue mall, their price is actually pretty reasonable. My son and I were at the mall and stopped in here to grab a cupcake for my wife who was at home doing her school work and I thought it would be a nice pick-me-up to have a cupcake for a reward for her hard work. I also grabbed Thai food on the way home. She loved the Salted Carmel Cupcake I got her. She called it "The Bomb". Their cupcakes are the best in the area, very moist cake and not-too-sweet frosting. The variety of flavors is fantastic. I've tried many flavors and have not been disappointed. My favorites are Pineapple Upside-Down and Cranberry Orange. Also, PB&J and Maple Bar are delicious and taste just like their names.
