No one was there. I had a massive craving for cupcakes. I could see them but I just couldn’t purchase any. This was at 4:30pm on a Thursday.

$4.50 for a cupcake seems a little ridiculous until you actually taste one. As someone who's tried a lot of bakeries and dedicated cupcake places, Pinkabella's are some of the best cupcakes I've ever had. And compared to some of the other sweet treat options in the Bellevue mall, their price is actually pretty reasonable. I can't comment on their non-cupcake items since those are recent additions and I haven't tried them yet.Their cupcakes are not overly gimmicky - you either get a vanilla or chocolate cake base topped with a frankly ridiculous amount of frosting/ganache. The various toppings all have a really rich flavor, and the cake itself is surprisingly fantastic. Somehow they've managed to perfectly balance the flavors and sweetness of the cake and the toppings so that they enhance rather than overpower each other. Most other cupcake places I've tried either do really mediocre cake and hope to make up with toppings, or their toppings just lack good flavor or taste like pure sugar. Pinkabella avoids all these pitfalls. If you eat a cupcake in the mall, consider washing it down with some coffee from one of the various nearby places (Woods, Starbucks, Nordstrom, etc.). A great little (sinful) snack. The peanut butter and salted caramel flavors are some of my favorites, but they're all good. :)

Icing was fine, the sugar cookie was extremely dry. Cupcakes were better!

Gage was awesome! He helped me pick out a fantastic cupcake and had a great personality. He was so kind and had a genuine conversation with me. Will definitely be back!

My son and I were at the mall and stopped in here to grab a cupcake for my wife who was at home doing her school work and I thought it would be a nice pick-me-up to have a cupcake for a reward for her hard work. I also grabbed Thai food on the way home. She loved the Salted Carmel Cupcake I got her. She called it "The Bomb". She specifically called out that so many places use coffee flavoring in both the frosting and cake and they didn't. She hates coffee and that often ruins the experience for her. So great flavor combined with helpful customer service equals 5 stars! Thanks for helping me cheer my wife up!!!!

Their cupcakes are the best in the area, very moist cake and not-too-sweet frosting. The variety of flavors is fantastic. I've tried many flavors and have not been disappointed. My favorites are Pineapple Upside-Down and Cranberry Orange. Also, PB&J and Maple Bar are delicious and taste just like their names. The employees are very friendly, especially the one with longish blonde hair at the Bellevue Square location -- he is always super-pleasant. This location also serves brownies, lemon bars, sugar cookies and other treats.

Presentation: awesome Taste: just ok Customer service: friendly enough, barely Older male employee was friendly enough - didn't make much of an attempt to make us feel like our $45 purchase meant anything. That's ok, we were there for the cupcakes. Lots of frosting on the cupcakes (a good thing), but the frosting was grainy from the sugar. We could actually feel the gritty sugar particles in our mouths. It's almost like the frosting needed to be whipped more (on all 6 different flavors we bought). The cupcakes were adorable. Maybe it was just an off day with the frosting, but we won't be in a hurry to buy more.

Yummy yummy yummmmmy cupcakes. Very fluffy n sweet! I always turn my cupcakes into a sandwich, I believe it balances the sweetness a bit. Def I great business. The pumpkin spice one is my fave! I'm sad it's seasonal. They keep there gluten free ones in the fridge so I'm not sure if that's why it's a little dry or if that's just how gluten bread works. The frosting is a bit dry as well. I'd give that a 2.5/5

Cupcakes are dry and do not taste good. My children didn't even want to eat any more after the first bite.

Friendly staff and delicious cupcakes. Is forgot my wallet, but they were setup to receive Mobile payments, so a cupcake payment emergency was avoided.

Absolutely delicious cupcake. Fragrant of pumpkin and spices. Frosting is creamy and delicious. Combined was a perfect bite, reminiscent of pumpkin pie and whipped cream during the holidays!

Someone say NUT FREE and NO CROSS Contamination!!!! Being a mom with a child with severe nut allergies this was music to my ear when chatting with staff at this cupcake shop. Usually we get told there is cross contamination or same table or utensils are used so not guarantee. Their staff was very convenient and knowledgeable as to how things were made and precautions taken. My child's face lit up when he heard cupcakes and cake pops were safe for him to eat. They do have peanut butter cup cakes but it's separate from the rest of the cakes. I got a variety of cup cakes coconut , red velvet, birthday cupcakes and few cake pops. All were delish!! Very moist and right amount of frosting. I'm so glad I walked by this place at Bellevue mall. Can't wait to go and try other flavors. Thank you for catering for allergies!!

We were in Bellevue Square so stopped to get some cupcakes. All the basic flavors. If you are nearby, it is worth ducking in.
